Great choice of rugs and excellent local service.

I have some rugs that I wish to sell and emailed The London House Rugs Company with photo's. I was really impressed as I received a very nice email back from them within a few minutes.

A fast, friendly and polite response to my online question. Staff appear to be extremely knowledgeable and happy to assist.

I made contact with this company and they were super helpful. Offered advise on the value of my rug and best places to advertise and sell. Great customer service experience. Thank you

Bought a rug at auction with London House label attached. Rug had been damaged, so took it to them to repair a tear and cleaning.
Returned within timescale and at a reasonable price.
We cannot tell which corner had been repaired!

Brilliant service. We visited the Boston Spa shop where we had a lot of help and were allowed to take two rugs home to try in situ. Later that day, as promised, we received an email with a selection of others in the London store that might be suitable. The following week, the ones we had selected were brought to our house and we found the perfect rug. Excellent

I've been sitting on (almost literally) large Keshan rug which I have eventually admitted won't fit in my current house. Had no idea of its value or how to sell it, so contacted London. Almost immediate response advised me of rough value and how best to sell it. I'll go back when I buy replacement.

The service provided was polite and helpful. I was guided in the right direction through they could not help me sell my rug.

When I was buying my rug several years ago, staff were extremely helpful in helping me choose one which suited my decor.
After a couple of years, I took the rug in for cleaning and once again was met with professionalism and friendly service.
Now that my living situation has changed, I decided that the rug is no longer suitable, so turned to London House of Rugs again for advice. Staff have shown expert knowledge and have offered sound advice on the value and likelihood of selling the piece.
