London House Rugs was very helpful during the process of selecting new rugs for some reconfigured rooms. They are very knowledgable and have a large selection of rugs to chose from. A very happy customer!

A very pleasant experience with professional and friendly advice received

This started as a 2 star rating because: the website had prices but no way of purchasing online without first emailing. Received a reminder for payment 6 days after payment made and 2 days after dispatch notification. Tardiness by accounts not conducive to good customer relations.
Since I wrote this I have had a full apology and a token refund. Regarding the rug: it is fabulous - so much nicer even than the picture and it did arrive before Christmas.

I felt very nervous handing over my precious rug to London House for repair, having bought it from them over 30 years ago, but I needn’t have worried. The restorers have made the most beautiful job. I know it will now look wonderful for another 30 years. Thank you so much London House.

An excellent choice of rugs. I have had x2 rugs repaired & cleaned & I very pleased with the results.

It took me a good while on the internet to find the right size, colours and design, but eventually I managed to find just what I wanted, and not too expensive, after comparing with other, similar rugs. I am a returning customer having bought my first London House rug more than twenty years ago. This one is much less heavy, to my initial surprise, but the texture suggests quality and and it still feels lovely underfoot and not too thin. It looks great in my sitting room. The slightly sticky underlay, that I requested in addition, turned out to be a good idea and was cut to just the right size as well.

Fantastic selection of rugs and great service. Stevie bought 8 ‘shortlisted’ rugs to our home to view - we were able to see the rugs with our furniture and make a good choice. Very happy and recommend London House Rugs without hesitation

Met Stevie in your Boston Spa show room. Very personable, pleasant and efficient.She explained the service you offer for selling second hand rugs and having bought the rug from you 25 years ago it would be nice that it went on to another home to be loved and cherished.

What I wanted was a large vintage carpet. I checked numerous on-line retailers but the only one that really gave me the information I needed and a rug at a price I could afford was London House Rugs. They shipped the carpet to me for approval free of charge and I was able to review it in situ. It fits the room and transforms the space completely. Well done guys!!

Great selection of rugs, very helpful with good and quick communication, sending me lots of photos of potentially suitable rugs, which I could also go and view in the showroom/warehouse. They then delivered some to my flat (with no charge) to keep for several days and try. No hard pressure to buy, which was appreciated. Ended up with a lovely rug at a competitive price, happy with London House Rugs and would go to them again if I want another rug.

Very helpful in the shop, and also to be able to look at a rug in place at home was great.

We’re delighted with the rug we bought and the whole experience of dealing with London House Rugs has been friendly and straightforward. We didn’t have a huge budget but we’re able to find something really lovely for a good price. Will definitely buy from them again
