London House Rugs drove to our home on the south coast with a range of options for our living room. We loved being able to try the rugs on sight and see how the light changed their look and feel. The prices were reasonable and service exceptional.

Fantastic experience - very happy with the 2 rugs we bought. We used the try at home service and it worked so well, much easier to choose when you can see the rugs in your own home. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful, and the rugs are really beautiful.

Nowadays when you click on chat-help on a website, you normally get an AI - with London House Rugs, I was delighted to speak to a person straight away. Everyone I dealt with at the company was proactive and helpful. I was sent a Dropbox with some suggestions for suitable rugs and they have a fantastic option where they will bring these rugs to your home for you to view them.

Instead, I chose to go over to the warehouse in Wembley, as I wanted to see as many rugs as possible. (Access note - the warehouse is up one flight of stairs) The team there were very patient and showed me many rugs before I made my choice, this was a really enjoyable experience as there were so many beautiful rugs to view. It was sent by next working day delivery.

We have now had the rug for a month and are very happy with the quality and design of the rug, and the service we received. I’m planning to buy another rug from this company soon.

Our 18 year old black white and grey sunburst pattern rug from Montevideo became too tatty to use, and no similar replacement available. Over the course of the year the London House Rugs team changed the colours by request to red, yellow and orange, provided colour samples, provided a computer aided design and a small rug sample, none of which really prepared us for the glorious sun touched random sparkles of colour which grace this rug, that is so much more beautiful than the original.

We were able to bring four rugs home so we could decide which looked best in our bedroom. They even arranged for one to be brought up from their London shop to Boston Spa. Fantastic service and would not hesitate to shop again or to recommend to others.

London House let us look at a number of rugs in situ at home thereby allowing us to obtain our 'ideal rug'. They have a huge choice of rugs and this was very helpful in the selection and purchasing process.

I couldn’t have been happier with Matt and his team. They took a very thorough brief of what sort of rug we wanted - large Persian with reds. And brought several to our flat to see in situ. Outstanding service. Very creative people and extremely knowledgeable. Buying direct from then much preferable to from a retailer with the mark up. Outstanding in every way.

I would definitely recommend this company. Visited the branch in Knaresborough; really helpful service. I was emailed lots of photos of the type of rug I was after and rugs brought from London for me to see. I was able to take the rug home to view in my room before I made the decision to buy. Great quality, delighted with my rug.

I required a couple of hall way runners for my flat. I contacted LHR and very soon afterwards they sent me dozens and dozens of examples in folders via email. it proved to be a convenient and very helpful way to view a fraction of their vast inventory. Once I made my selection (about 8 of them) Matt delivered them to my flat and rolled every one out so that I could see them 'in situ'. I thought this was a first class service and extremely relevant way to decide, as carpets can look very different in their intended place than then do in a shop or in a photo. I asked to see a few more and Matt came a second time with my selection. I choose the two I wanted and take enjoyment and pleasure from them on a daily basis. I highly recommend LHR to anyone needing 'classy', beautiful, authentic carpets for their home or business.
