Same problem as everyone else. No shipping updates since purchasing, no way to contact company.

BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED. I requested a refund and he just copied the same message saying the order was already shipped and he can’t cancel. Total lie, he copied and paste the same message over and over again.
I wish I saw this before ordering. PATHETIC.

Complete scam, ordered 4 weeks ago. Been chasing weekly since then as no updates. No responses other than item soon to be shipped - have told them not to bother and requested a refund.
Should have checked these reviews before ordering.

They have no intention of delivering anything and will keep your money and not respond to emails.

Warning - this is a scam. I wish I had done more research, I'm having to get money back via my bank which is very annoying

Total scam, ordered via instagram. I did contact them regarding my order, I received 2 replies and then nothing. Have now opened a dispute via my bank and have reported them due to it clearly being a scam website. Wished I had done my research first. Hopefully my review will deter others from ordering from this company. Should rename the branding to “your little scam artist” Much more fitting.

This is an instagram scam that I fell for--I placed my order on Nov 8th and it was confirmed via email. I've recieved no correspondence since then from this "business." If you want a kids toy, just go to a reliable store brand and order from there.

Thought this would be fun for my grandson. Does not focus at all! Can not reach customer service except by email... they do not respond. I have tried several times no response. This is a cheap piece of plastic that does not work!

Scam. Don't buy. They don't send the order, they don't reply emails.

Like many others, I experienced struggles in tracking the order, but looked through their shipping expectations and knew it would take a few weeks. When it arrived, however, I was really disappointed in the quality of the tech. It was more of a bright zoom than any type of magnification. I ended up ordering a Carson MicroBrite Plus for $10 less than this and it's AMAZING. Trying to return the Miniscope now, but I don't have great hopes about the customer service response.

SCAM, I suspect strongly - I ordered this a while back as xmas present for a child... it has not arrived. They did take the money but I am letting my credit card company know to block it. I have since sent several messages, no reply. I have left messages on their instagram - no response. All I can say is avoid at all cost if you value your money.

Absolute joke of a company! Avoid at all cost. Ordered on the 1st December, a few days later it said it was despatched. Still waiting for it to arrive.
I don't have much hope for it to arrive before Christmas to be honest.

Ordered on 1 December. Received an email on 2 December to say my order was on its way with a tracking number. Every time I tried to check the tracking, the link wouldn’t work, or it would say the tracking number couldn’t be found. After reading a comment on here, I googled ‘ CJPacket Ordinary B tracking number:’ and the shipping company appears to be legitimate. I input my tracking number in their website, and it’s showing that yesterday (17th December) my parcel left customs in the UK and today (18th December) it is with a local provider company, with the provider listed as Royal Mail. So hopefully, my microscopes will be here by Christmas.
The lack of communication from the company and the delivery length has been shocking, and I wouldn’t use them again. But if you haven’t had your parcel yet, please google the shipping company as it gives you a blow by blow account of where your parcel has been, and where it currently is.

Maybe order well in advance? I ordered on 4 December 2024

I have just had an email with the tracking history. Lets hope it arrives soon.

Apparently the parcel was delivered today (23 December), however we have not taken possession of it. Far too late for Christmas now. The tracking details were a bit generic therefore I am pretty sure that we have been scammed!

26 December: I have now been sent the complete delivery information and I was able to access a photograph. I have my delivery!

Ordered on the 22nd of November. Still hasn't been shipped and the company won't reply to my emails. I'm so upset as now I have no presents for my nieces and nephews.

Can't believe I didn't read the reviews before ordering. Marketing seemed legit, everything looked like it checked out. What a joke! Ordered on 2/12 with 'guaranteed Christmas delivery' (even more of a joke). Just as others have written, the tracking number is fake. I received two replies from CS; one was reassuring, the next was a bit of a cop out. No shocks here but that was the last I heard from them - 'website is down for updates, check in within 24-48 hours'. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Update - despite a very unreasonable delay, the parcel actually arrived a week after posting this review. Looks like it is legit, but it comes from China and takes a very long time to be dispatched.

This is a scam. I ordered 2 microscopes on Nov 12 and still have not received the package. I’ve written 3 times to customer service but no answer. I cannot believe that Instagram would agree to advertise this fraudulent web page. And how is it possible that Shopify would accept being the intermediary of their payments! Just outrageous

UPDATE: filed a chargeback claim with my credit card company which was upheld. Items arrived too late AND the return address (at your own cost) is to USA

Ordered on Dec 1st and items allegedly still in transit somewhere between china and uk 16 days later.

I wanted to support a small company but will be submitting a credit card chargeback and buying from Amazon

This company sent an email claiming to have shipped the miniscope. They haven’t. It’s stuck goodness knows where whilst I’m asked to wait in patience. Really disappointed, will be disputing the payment on my card.
