I fell for the Instagram advertisement! Total scam, should have know better. Same as everyone else. Placed order end of November and received no package. Reached out numerous times no response and track number does work.

Like everyone else I placed the order, it didn’t arrive. When I queried it I got a ‘it’s been lost in the mail’ replay however on their website it says it never left. I’m usually pretty good at picking up scams but this one got me!

Like almost all others, I'm still waiting. And when I did TRACK ORDER it came back saying NO ORDER FOUND. So I called my credit card and started a fraud dispute claim.

But then I googled for the full tracking number as in the confirmation email (not just the 18-digit number itself)

and found that CJPacket seems to be a real shipping company. And I found that my miniscope is apparently coming from China (of course). And it showed the date-by-date progress of my shipment.

So I began to wonder - is it real and it's just taking forever to get through China and off to USA?
But still, . . . 2 weeks??

And now I find the miniscope at Amazon. If it's a scam, it couldn't last long at Amazon, right?

I want the scope, but . . . I'm tired.

Now it's Dec. 30. To my great relief, it finally arrived, two days before Christmas. So the little guy gets to have some fun with me, and I get to not feel so bad. I don't like feeling bad against other people.

At one point I wrote a strongly worded email to their customer service, and actually got a kindly worded reply from one of their guys. He was plainly distressed by my story and plainly apologetic, but I could only explain to him that if anyone had just told me how the shipping was going to go, I would have reacted reasonably. The company just didn't take care of that reality for me.
I don't know how much of it is what I hear everywhere the last couple of years - "We're just so short-staffed!"
I imagine the guy who answered my email spends all day every day trying to deal with irate customers. I don't blame him but I do blame whoever it is further up the chain who should be able to figure out the problem. For cryin' out loud, just let us customers know that it will take (in my case) 3 weeks or more to get your order.
So I upped my review to 2 stars. At least they weren't scamming me, which I could NOT forgive. But it's Christmas season and a new year coming, so I'm moving on.

I placed an order on 30 Nov through Instagram, still haven’t received the order 20 December 2024! This website is a scam! Don’t buy it from them through any social media! And you can’t even leave review on its website!

Ordered 28.11. No contact, i haven't received items. 55 pounds gone! Do not buy.

I ordered a mini micscope for my granddaughter on November 30,and haven't received it yet, I reached out my e-mail no response. I believe it an scam, and thank you for ruining my granddaughter Christmas. Shame On You. Karm is real.

ORDER 1 MICROSCOPE OVER A MONTH AGO AND THE ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED. CONTACTED THE COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING ABOUT THE ORDER AND THEN FOR A REFUND AND THEY DID NOT REPLY TO ANY CONTACT!

If I could give this company a ZERO, I would!

I placed my order on 11/20/24 and have yet to receive my package. I followed up with two emails and never received a response. Tried to find where my package was via the tracking number— and my package can no longer be tracked! I am disgusted that this company has taken advantage of so many people! Shameful!

Appalling customer service - was told an order was despatched 2.12.24 but the tracking link they provided does not work. After 2 emails and a further contact to them through their website, none of which have brought any response, still no delivery, no update, nothing.
The only reason i left 1 star is because i don't think i can leave no stars - steer clear of this seller, in the meantime i am getting payment back via my credit card company.

I purchased these - 4 of them, never arrived and the ‘contact me’ part of the website is suspiciously broken. I feel so stupid for not checking for reviews before buying this!!

2 x The Original Miniscope ordered and nothing has arrived.
I have had no response to the two emails I have sent to the company. When trying to track my order I have an error message stating that my order number nor tracking number are recognised.
Despite only ever purchasing from a website starting https, as this one did, I now realise many other customers are reporting A SCAM as they have not received their order either.

SCAM! I saw their ad on Instagram and thought it was a legitimate website....WRONG!! It's deceiving! An email was provided with order number and tracking shortly after ordering and neither number works to track the products I'm expecting. Additionally, no one from customer service has responded to my email. It's a fraudulent website! DON'T RISK BUYING ANYTHING!

This is a scam.

I've been scammed, just like many others have reported. I placed my order October 14, and have not received the product. I emailed several times about my order. "David" responded to my email each time, telling me: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately, there is a slight delay with your order. However, we want to assure you that the product is currently in transit, and your order is scheduled to ship within this week."

Do not buy from this website if you expect to get anything for your money

Sadly I think I have been scammed. Thought this was the coolest thing for my niece as a Christmas gift.

Looks like it will never come in time and the tracking on their site says - can’t be found.

No reply to my email as yet.

I’ve not received my order and they don't replay to email

DO NOT BUY. This store has fake star rating on the banner (that's why you can't click on it to a third party rating site), it also has fake "featured in" logos (it wasn't featured on any of these).

The product is simply a dropshipping product and no one is getting their orders (since November as far as I can track).

The domain was only registered at the beginning of 2024 on GoDaddy.

I placed the order on November 8 still have not received my order. Have contacted the company several times and have gotten the run around. Asked for my money back only to be told they can’t do that because it is in transit. I follow the tracking and it still has not left the warehouse. DON’T order from this company it is a scam.

Completely untrustworthy company. We placed an order by mistake (be careful letting your kids play with your phone!) and contacted them to cancel within minutes. They responded immediately and I told them the issue and got no response. I followed up the next day, and prior to responding, they sent my order to fulfillment then responded to say it’s too late to cancel because it’s already being fulfilled but they’ll offer a 50% refund. I intended to refuse delivery, but they don’t include their name on their label and use some unheard of company for shipping so you can’t just take it back to UPS. I filed a complaint with my credit card company but they said I’d have to comply with the company’s return policy which requires me to pay for return shipping. Avoid this company at all costs.
