Scam.

I ordered a miniscope. Before it was despatched I both emailed the company and contacted them via their website to cancel the order and request a refund. They despatched anyway. I emailed again to request a returns label and a refund, as the goods I had received were not as described: they claim the magnification is 60-120x and I reckon it is 25x at most. Also the quality is overall very poor. No response from the company, no refund, no return label, nothing. A final attempt, contacting them again via their website, was met with continued silence. No address, no phone number either. A scam. Don't fall for it. Wish I'd read the reviews on here before parting with my money.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam! Don’t order!!!
The items arrived but don’t work - nothing like in the fancy description/videos.
Customer service is appalling - I emailed several times asking to return the items, but never heard back.
Extremely disappointing - avoid it!

It’s a scam!

It’s a scam!! Do not buy!! Ordered from FB, got no items, and not reply even after sending them 3 emails.
Save your money!! Wish I have read the reviews on Google instead of FB ones only. £50 lost and no present.

Customer service is appalling!!!

My sister ordered one of the microscope for our daughter a couple of months ago, the item was delivered fairly quickly but the LED doesn't work. We contacted the company several times to try to get it replaced but have either had vague responses or no response at all. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. don't waste your money.

BE CAREFUL - DON’T ORDER

BE CAREFUL - don’t order from this company. After I saw that Amazon sells the product at half the price sold by Your Little Scientist (YLS), I tried to cancel the order I had just made (on 7/1/2024). I used the 2 contacts cited in the YLS order receipt email. Both of those requests were rejected. I “googled” a request for contact information and the result sent me back to YLS’s website. I made my cancellation request on the YLS website, but I have no expectation that I will receive a reply. I’m sure that I’m going to have to contact my credit card company and request them to reject payment. I hate that YLS suckered me, but they sure did. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Ordered and paid

Ordered and paid, got nothing, no shipping information arrived, and zero reply to customer service emails. Rip off fraud.
After I posted this, turned up in 24 hours. Never got a CS email. Product is OK not sure if worth it.

Cheap and Nasty

Bought the mini microscope which didn't work. The battery compartment was near impossible to open and it wouldn't focus as advertised. A cheap and nasty toy in every way. When I tried contacting YOURLITTLESCIENTIST I nothing nor than a pre-scripted message. No response to 2 emails either. Save your money and buy somewhere else.
