Horrendous.!!!
Horrendous.!!!! Never received terms and conditions in claims pack and blindly sent application.I was constantly asked for more information even though I had no more ...and because they made no money out of me, I have since been harassed, been awarded a CCJ and now have had to go to financial ombudsman as they are threatening a further monthly charge of over £400 just to trace me every month!! I lost my partner last year and am left alone with our four year old as a single mum and am now also awaiting surgery within the next few weeks due to growths removed last month. I do not need this rip off company destroying our lives further :(

You requested a claim pack be sent to you on 21st June 2018, by completing the online request on our website.
A claim pack, including the Terms of Engagement, was sent to you on the following day.
You completed the claim pack on 24th February 2019.
When completing the claim pack you signed to confirm you had read and accepted the Terms of Engagement.
We are at a loss as to why you would sign to confirm you had read and accepted the Terms of Engagement if indeed you had not.
Further, we did not ask you for more information, we asked that you simply sign and return a letter of authority in the freepost envelope provided.
You did not do this despite numerous reminders.

You guys and girls were amazing
