The arrogance of their reply beggars belief. How dare they comment (inaccurately) on my other reviews, the last of which (3 weeks ago) gave 5 stars to Everest. The comment about other reviews is just a distraction from their dreadful experience. Remember - no one called me, texted me or emailed me - nothing at all, even several weeks after the event - inexcusable. Focus on your own service guys and forget other, irrelevant experiences - you might see improvements

Having phoned me, texted me and emailed me for a quote, they didn’t even make their appointment. No apology, no text, no email, nothing. Think I had a narrow escape with this outfit.

We recently had a Hive System fitted and the work carried out was very efficient and good value for money

Have been collaborating with them for nearly two years now. Nino installed our new combi and did a fantastic job. He has constantly been near us whenever we had a problem and his professional skills are excellent. I can not recommend them highly enough for all their efforts, support and expertise. Thank you Rebecca, Nino and Wayne for always being there when we needed you.

It has been nearly a year now, since Nino & Josh installed my new Greenstar Worcester Bosch boiler, it all went extremely well & I was kept updated at all times. I was very impressed, with the professional way that " WBGASLTD" runs their business.

Nino and Josh installed our new boiler. They were amazing, hard working and tidy. Not only were they amazing during the time that they were here but, their aftercare was outstanding. I cannot fault their services and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a new boiler or their boiler serviced.

The buying process was fast and with no pressure. I had a WhatsApp video chat with the engineer on the position of the old boiler and the flue position and he was honest and helpful in prescribing a more powerful and efficient boiler for us. The engineer and his helper arrived on time, removed the old boiler with no damage, as I was selling it on, and fitted the new one and the filter with no drama. They repaired the outside wall where the old flue had been and made good the inside as well. They were professional and cleaned up after the installation. They went through the operation of the equipment and left the paperwork for us. We were very pleased with the whole process.

We have completed installation of our new Bosch Worcester boiler by WD Gas LTD. We are so pleased with very friendly and comforting advise through out the installation by Nino and Josh. These guys went out of their way to give us the best fit to avoid unnecessary pipes being visible outside after replacing our very old back boiler.

Engineer arrived on time and removed shoes and polite. Appeared very thorough and checked all rads, tanks etc. Also tidy when working. Will use them again.

We had Nino round to look at the boiler in our new house as we were losing pressure, unfortunately this resulted in us needing a new boiler but Nino was great with his advice and knowledge on products. We got booked in within a couple of weeks and the installation itself was quick and stress free for us. Nino and his team were respectful of our property and always happy to run things by us and answer any questions we may have. We have also already started to see our energy use being more efficient thanks to Nino's suggestions. Would recommend to anyone.

As per usual, Nino did a great job and actually was able to sort out what we thought may have been a leak causing us big issues, to no leak and just changing a radiator. In fitting the new radiator, Nino discovered that the old radiator pipework was fitted incorrectly, he promptly fixed that - something that was not on the original list of work to be done.

Annual boiler service.
Very efficient, booked service with ease. Arrived and completed within the times stated. Nino and young lad very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.
