Got a new combo boiler, installed n a quick and efficient manner, staff come back for an annual service. Good follow up visit by friendly and professional staff.

Purchased my boiler through WB Gas Ltd approx 3 years ago. Recently had boiler serviced (am on the plan). First class service as usual. Nino kept me informed of ETA and arrived on time. Professional and polite. Thoroughly recommend this company.

What an experience. Nino and team were amazing. Highly professional, detailed, prompt and worked hard. I haven’t used the boiler yet, as waiting to move in. Everything seems to be working fine. Overall, couldn’t fault my experience with Nino.

The boiler in my rental property wasn’t working. It was last weekend that this happened, ( Easter weekend.)
My letting agent contacted your company and someone came out and did a temporary fix on the 12 year old corroded boiler.
I found this to be an excellent response which was a relief for me as I did not want cold and unhappy tenants.

Hive thermostat fitted. Work was carried out in a timely manner. Engineer arrived on the date and time agreed. He explained clearly the way the Hive works. Receiver installed next to boiler. This and electrical work all being left looking very clean and tidy. Thermostat fitted to wall in hallway. He said to leave the thermostat 24 hours for it to settle before installing the hub. Therefore downloaded the app the next day but experienced some difficulty with setting this and the hub up. Engineer had left his number for us to contact him if necessary. Was very impressed that he picked up the call instantly. He was helpful and polite with advice but asked that we contact Hive direct. Not a problem. Hive talked us through. Really pleased with all services provided. Thank you WB Gas for professional service provided.

Our boiler was making horrible noises due to hard water. WB came round almost immediately and advised we should convert to a combi boiler instead of a straight replacement. A week later they arrived and completed the work in one day. So no noisy boiler no noisy shower pumps and no storage of unused hot water. Great company very respectful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone. Ps British Gas wanted the same money for a straight replacement boiler. No way!

Really good experience from the team. What was particularly good was the availability at reasonably short notice, the online process and communications. It’s so hard to get good reliable people these days and it’s reassuring to find such a good company.
