New Worcester boiler fitted,arrived on time and completed in 1/2 a day I would highly recommend WB Gas if you want a fast and efficient service.

Had a new boiler installed last September. Had a small issue with it which they immediately fixed. Great friendly professional tradesmen.

I didn't know time slots for virtual appointments are 1hr slots and I stayed in from 4 to get a call at 5. I did not know this and Wayne took the time to contact me and point out I was being a plonker when I through my dolly out of the pram. To be fair he didn't actually say that, but I was an idiot and should have shown more empathy.

Had a new boiler fitted by WB Gas Ltd, no hassle, very professional, clean and tidy workmanship.
Alex & Patrick were very polite and respectful can't recommend them highly enough.
Will definitely be using this company for our annual service.

Wb Gss has installed my entire heating system on an investment property and I have to say they are extremely professional, on time and get things done quickly and to a very high standard.Their response time in case of a problem is absolutely fantastic, there is no comparison between them and the big companies. I cannot recommend the enough.

We needed our old boiler system replaced as it finally give up on the weekend we had snow and freezing cold weather. We called yournewboiler.com and they got back to me promptly and I had a video quote with Wayne which we accepted. Wayne explained everything in clear detail. And within three days they arrived on time to take out and dispose of our old boiler system, the engineer Nino did this work and installed our new Combi boiler he was very professional and friendly, he explained clearly all we needed to know. Wayne turned up in the afternoon to give a hand with finishing off, and the installation of the boiler was done, we also had a new radiator installed in our bathroom all this done the same day. We were very pleased with the whole service we received they cleaned and tidied up when they were finished. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody. We now have heating and hot water again. Thank you. A few days after the installation we received an email asking if we were happy with the work and if any questions just give them a call. I thought this was a nice gesture. Nino arrived slightly ahead of schedule but immediately go to work with the annual inspection. All was well, as one would expect with a new boiler installed about one year ago by WB Gas. Nino even found time to tighten a leaking connection for the towel warmer and to lag a condensing drainage pipe from the boiler.

Very efficient from the off set prompt with call back, attendance and follow up support. I was impressed with Alex’s work everything was left clean and tidy. Had a little problem with the heating after they left but that was dealt with straight away and follow up phone calls and text to ensure I was happy...... thank you !

Very happy with the service provided. A new boiler was installed within 48 hours of placing the order. Engineer arrived promptly on time (Saturday morning) and installation was completed around midday. Engineer waited for all radiators to be functioning well before asking me to sign the completed papers. We had a bit of a problem on Sunday, not boiler fault but it turned out to be a blocked condenser pipe. Thorugh out Sunday Wayne was in touch with me, although I was able to fix it by unblocking the drain the engineer still came on Monday morning to ensure there were no issues. Highly recommend for their professionalism and quality of work.
