Do not order from this site. I ordered a simple map on October 12th and have still not received it (Dec 20th). To make matters worse, I have not heard back from them since Nov 19th.

It seems to be a scam company, I ordered a scratch map and they just send a supposed tracking order wich I could never tracked because it didn´t exist. I wrote them and the only answer I got was to wait 8 weeks, after 8 weeks I wrote telling I never got the product and they said it was lost and they will send a new one "for free" and I still never got a real tracking number.
Of course I asked for a refund , but I think I only got it back just because I paid trough paypal..

I ordered the Scratch Off World Map from Your Passion Shop- $20 wasted!! This map is not even accurate- missing countries in Europe and is so small you can not even read the names. It's not worth $2 and there is no returning or getting help. I wish I had read reviews before buying from this company. Don't waste your money like I did!

Complete scam, order never came, they won't answer my emails or refund my money BUYER BEWARE!! Makes me so sick!

Agree with all the rest. Ordered a Scratch Off Travel map four weeks ago as a Christmas present. The tracking link sent ended with Arrived in Australia two weeks ago. Now it says the tracking number does not exist! I have no idea where my item is and doubt I’ll receive it before Christmas. An email sent to the company is replied with read our terms & conditions which state up to 8 weeks for delivery. 8 weeks for delivery! As I replied to them, that is absolutely ridiculous! Their address shows Canada, which is why I purchased from them. Would never have bought anything if I’d known it was from China! This is a scam company! Do Not Purchase from this company -Your Passion Shop in China!

This company sucks. I ordered an item 4 weeks ago. At first the tracking number claimed to have delivered it. When I notified them that I hadn't received the merchandise, the tracking number changed to : Item not found. They claim it will take up to 8 weeks to deliver. I told them to cancel the order and refund me. Well, they won't do it.
Crappy business.

If I could give this mob no stars I would. Ordered a scratch map as a Birthday present but have not received anything. I've emailed them and they've only sent me a terse email that said basically...read our 8 week delivery conditions sucker.
They provided a tracking number that just ends with delivered to Australia. I get the distinct feeling I'm not ever going to see this map. Perhaps that will at least save me the dissappointment that others have talked about when they did actually receive it.
My advice is shop somewhere else.

Buyer beware!!! Satisfaction is not guaranteed as they advertise and money will only be refunded before items are shipped. How do you know if you are satisfied if you haven't seen the product? I ordered the scratch off maps and they are tiny. None of the states or countries are separated so it is impossible to scratch the area you want. I emailed them and they said the ad depicts the size so no refund. I think I will dispute with CC company. Also maps came straight from China. Dummy me bought 5!!!

Fraudulent company that fabricated its own “positive” reviews. Merchandise is sent directly from mainland China. I ordered the scratch off travel map: absolute piece of junk AND they shorted me one (had ordered three, dummy me). I contacted them. NO RESPONSE. I went to my cc company to place transaction in dispute. Interestingly, the cc company approved my request for full refund within hours. They easily detected this company was bogus.

Saw this company advertise on Instagram and tried to warn other customers who were “excited” about purchasing. Very interesting: those customers’ contact info came back as “non-existent” 😳 in other words, Your Passion Shop was “stuffing the ballot box” with fake reviews.

These people are shameless.

"100% satisfaction guaranteed"...as long as you decide to return it before it is shipped. No returns accepted after that.

And who thinks that in 2017 an 8 week delivery timeframe is acceptable?

When I complained about the above policies, I was told that it was my "legal responsibility" to read about it before I ordered the item. They are correct but it doesn't make it good customer service.

Very disappointed - 3 months ago I placed my order and have never received my order- and numerous emails and all I get back is a generated email.
I’ve asked for a refund but.no response- I would not recommend this company whatsoever- Don’t waste your money or time ordering from them.

This company is an overseas scam. Like other reviewers, the maps I received were tiny, illegible, and damaged. Not at all what is shown online. I've emailed them twice asking for a refund but "according to their policy" they don't return items once they've shipped. Total BS! They haven't heard the last from me. Do not order from them!!!!!

Please note that on their website, they only publish the 5 star reviews. I gave them a 2 since the map is so darned small 12x16", you can hardly see little countries, plus none of the US states are deliniated. Beware.

An absolutely fraudulent company. DO NOT order from them. One month after ordering an item, I have still not received despite the company's claim that the item has shipped. and should have been delivered one week ago. Their tracking data is a fraud - no tracking number provided and they claim they cannot be held responsible for the package once it has entered the U.S.!! Therefore, they will not refund my money and continue to lie about the delivery process. It astonishes me that a company obviously running a scam operation is allowed to continue without legal ramifications.

Was very unhappy with the maps I received. Though the size was stated on the website, the map lacked detail to be able to enjoy scratching off specifc island and locations we have been to. The United States doesn't even have lines drawn where the states are. How do you know where to scratch? I asked for a refund and offered to send items back and they said they would not refund as it was stated clearly on website. Will never order anything from them again and have warned everyone on Facebook

I cannot recommend this company! The good news... the scratch off maps finally arrived. The rest of bad news... they arrived, damaged, from China almost one month after being ordered... the maps were rolled so tightly that they will not lay flat... they are very small (16"X12") so the detail is virtually impossible to read... the advertisement identifies items (or purports to) that are not on the map... the company asked for photos showing the damages and then agreed to resend the maps (probably another four week process from China) but refused to provide a refund (according to policy). For almost $20.00 each, let the buyer beware!

I ordered the scratch maps then changed my mind and sent an email within 5mins of placing my order. On their website they said they would refund if not dispatched. They also said that they respond to emails within One Buisness day.

It took 3 days to respond and then they till me it’s already gone. NOT HAPPY with their customer service. If I can’t get a refund within 5mins of placing my order then who can!

Ordered a scratch-off map. Took a long to time arrive from China. When I received it, it did not meet my expectations and I asked for a refund and offered to send it back. I was unhappy with the detail available on the map and felt like the detail would have been better if the map was larger. The company refused to refund my money because the size was printed in the description. They did offer to send me a new one because it had been damaged in shipping.
