I recently received my order

I recently received my order, but wished to cancel the next one. Had to make many attempts to cancel. Finally did it. Immediately followed by a notification another order was on its way which duly arrived, not requested and not required. But paid for (by me).
I just want (a) my money for unrequested delivery refunded, and (b) any future deliveries cancelled.

Amazing results

I have been giving both my dogs an eight year old short hair German Pointer and a three year old Labradoodle three tablets a day for the last six months and they both have so much energy it is amazing to watch them. The eight year old keeps up with the three year old without a problem. I would recommend these tablets to any dog owner.

Our Labrador is nearly 13

Our Labrador is nearly 13 and has been given Canine Prime for about 5 years or more. We really do believe it has been very good for her. Apart from arthritis she still plays with her toys, pinching shoes etc., and helps unpack the shopping bags. Her poo is always well formed. Although it is quite expensive we do believe it is worth it.

I am such advocate for alternative methods.
I myself take good quality vitamins so why shouldn’t my two precious dogs have them too. They have been using various products by Your Pet Nutrition and I think my dogs love Canine Prime the most. Both my dogs think it’s a treat and go mental when I put it in a bowl. My oldest dog has definitely better gut health and it seems to stop colitis flare ups. Both my dogs skin and coat has benefited. My younger dog is a dialute so I have to be careful with what I give her and this product (CP) has been a game changer. My 10 year old dog acts like a puppy still and I’m sure it’s this product. Thank you for making things so easy with this miracle powder.

Disappointed. I did not realise I had signed up for a…

I did not realise I had signed up for a subscription and so have tried to cancel it.
Apparently I have, late for this delivery very difficult and but too late for this delivery. Very difficult and confusing dealing with a company trading under two names, especially when telephone help team are unaware of this. Being unable to let delivery know where to leave package is not acceptable. Although company seems to be helpful it has been distressing and I am not convinced that the subscription has truly been cancelled.

Previously 5 star, this time they resent an order from the previous month which I hadn't ordered and 3 three figure sum taken from my account.
I was informed about the pending delivery on the day it was shipped.
Customer services call #1 told me they would stop it and refund or email me the delivery address to return items to - none of the above happened.
Customer Service call #2 after sharing the facts and insisting I won't be paying shipping for something I hadn't ordered I am going to receive a full refund.

very upset

the delivery driver tried my porch door 3 times pushing the handle and pushing the door that is unacceptable he left parcel in full view of anyone passing he could have put it behind bin which I have requested also my fault I pushed button by mistake for subscription did phone and cancel and spoke to sam who said she would phone me back which she didn't again felt let down the only good thing is this does work for my dog she uses a tub every month so I didn't need or want 3 tubs a month and now yhe subscription has been cancelled as I received an email to inform me of this let's hope it has been cancelled
