Alway delivers on time.

It’s a good product - too expensive for the effect it has, green lip muscles supplement from Amazon works just a well, but by far the worst thing about this company is the hard sell, and extreme difficulty getting out of their subscriptions. They’ve only recently added a cancellation option, before then you had to call them and hope they answered the phone. However when I received a product I no longer wanted I found the returns process painful. You have to fill in a very long irrelevant form which is clearly a deliberate tactic and despite them receiving my return on 10th July, I’m still waiting for acknowledgement and my refund. On this basis I would say avoid this supplement - it’s just not worth the hassle and difficulty having to deal with these people.

Excellent processing of my order and timely delivery of product which the dog has really improved since taking the Prime Canine

Great product, but trying to sort out a delivery has, lately, been very difficult. I’ve subscribed to this product for eighteen months or so, and found it effective for my 13 year old rescue Patterdale x. However, I was away from home when I was notified that a delivery was scheduled. Not wanting to leave £100 worth of goods sitting on my doorstep I telephoned to ask that the delivery be delayed for one day. It didn’t appear. This has led to me reluctantly cancelling my subscription because I cannot invest the time needed to sort this out. The problem seems to exist between customer service staff ( all very nice) and their warehouse… lack of communication between themselves, I believe. Sadly, I have to seek an alternative remedy.

I’ve found that every time I communicate with your team, they are consistently prompt, considerate, and incredibly understanding.
Even though our interactions are limited to email, your team feels remarkably approachable. It’s clear that they not only have a deep love for animals but also show genuine empathy toward human mistakes.

Great all around

I liked the idea that all the good food I'm pumping into my fur-baby will help keep him going for many years to come but all I wanted was to PAUSE delivery's as I'm well stocked for now but no-one responded to my request & I didn't want to keep paying for something that's going to sit in the cupboard for 3-4 months!

Well it arrived - I honestly thought the cardboard box was empty. Opened it up to find a really small jar which when opened revealed a half full of a beige coloured powder and an orange measuring scoop. £42.90 and to be honest my initial impression was to feel a little bit cheated. The test in in the using of course, watch this space.

After our collie started with Canine Prime a marked improvement in her health she is twelve now and is so much active and alert Thank You ! Top Product .Will buy again.

Good communication.

My Retriever has been struggling with Arthritis for a while and, although it can’t be cured completely, this Canine Prime goes a long way to helping her.

Both our dogs are rescues and not in the best of health after intensive breeding. We had already been using Canine Prime for our Patterdale who after a very active life developed joint pain, which helped him a lot until his passing at 16. Both girls have flourished in the last 3 years and become well balanced, both physically and mentally.

Unfortunately it didn’t agree with my dog. It upset her tummy. I contacted them and asked for a refund, filled the form out online and returned the items (recorded delivery) and have not heard anything since and received no refund. This is nearly 2 weeks ago now. I also sent an email and have received no response.

Easy to order. Have found so many benefits for my dogs from giving them it daily and they enjoy it too.

The reason I have given this as a one star rating is because I did not take out a monthly subscription for canine prime I only want to order this product if and when needed. Please cancel this subscription as soon as possible. I don't know how this happened because I certainly would not have agreed to a monthly amount coming out of my bank account.
