I really haven’t noticed any…

I really haven’t noticed any difference. I had hoped it would stop my dog from scratching but it hasn’t.

I think you saved Poppy’s life

Just wanted to say that my little girl Poppy has been on your prime powder for nearly 2 months, she was looking awful when I started her on it, she had lost an awful lot of weight , her fur was coming out in handfuls and she wasn't eating and had no energy. I thought I would lose her, she is 14 years old and I am 84 years old. I couldn't really afford it, but I have been giving her 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop each night, and within a few days I could see the change in her, and now she is better than I have seen her for a long while. Now I thought I would try her on the dental one to see if it helps with her bad breath, so I will wait and see. Thank you so much for this, I think your product is wonderful

My shih tzu refuses to eat even the smallest amount of canine prime on her food.I have had to throw so much food away.please can I return for a refund please advise.

Like having a puppy again

I bought a pot of Canine Prime for my Daughter's dog because we were worried about his bones, he's only 7 but has been struggling with the stairs recently. Well he's only having less than half a spoon a day and is bouncing around like a puppy again and his coat is so soft.This little jar will last ages because we don't need to give him the full dose but will continue as he has really perked up since being on it.

The delivery was on time

The delivery was on time. The products seems to be working well. My dog is a lot more active, she seems to be enjoying her food even more now. Its has done everything it promise to do for my aging dog.

Molly has so much more energy

Molly has so much more energy, she runs around like a puppy, her pain seems to be less. She also wants to play again during the day except just sleep. Even my friends have noticed a difference in her.

Stopped eating grass and bowel…

Stopped eating grass and bowel movements larger and firmer. Fussiest dog ever blue a 9 Yr. Old border terrier suffers from cecs but now under control due to grain n gluten free and if this powder helps with digestion even better because I think there is a link with digestion.

I’ve started using the powder couple…

I’ve started using the powder couple years ago and I subscribed to receive the product every month. I can clearly say that my 11years old dog is healthy, full of energy and he doesn’t have any problem with his stomach or gut since I started with Your Pet Nutrition. Doesn't make any difference to any of…

Doesn't make any difference to any of my 3 dogs . Very very expensive for herbs etc . Expensive advertising bumps up the cost . Never heard of this vet and have been in the dog business for 50 years now

This product has not benefited my dog…

This product has not benefited my dog at all . He looked as if he had enjoyed it but after 3 tubs I wish I had returned them earlier . I wouldn’t have got my money back as I couldn’t find anything about them .

After replying to my review, offering a refund, they have declined this as I am just outside the 90 days cut-off.

Appalling customer service

Product did not suit our dog and in fact we think it is what has made him poorly. Not what we want for our elderly dog. However, trying to get out of the subscription has become a major issue. No one answers the phone, you are kept hanging on for unacceptable amounts of time and nobody answers. I’ve just been hanging on for 31 minutes, so now I have done what they expect you to do and hung up as I don’t have time in my day. I’ve just wasted 30 minutes. This means we have not had to pay for our next delivery so we now have two full unopened pots that we will never use and which have cost us a considerable amount of money. absolutely appalling customer service but unfortunately this is how it seems to work with subscriptions once you have signed up, you are trapped.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

I ordered an item that was on offer at £89.85 which by the way neither of my dogs would even go near let alone eat it and then the company sent me a second order saying I’d put it on repeat like anyone would spend that amount of money and put it on repeat before they were sure their dogs would eat it and to get a refund they are insisting I pay the postage so be very aware of this company as not only will they put you on a repeat order but they aren’t prepared to help I’m any way
I have returned both orders each worth £89.85 so I expect to get refunded for both as they are within the 90 day period

Product did not suit my dog, so I rang and explained young man cancelled subscription said if we returned product which cost £139 they would refund me.

Poor customer experience

Unfortunately canine prime did nothing for our dog, we didn’t send it back as per money back guarantee. I then forgot to cancel the subscription in time so we were sent 3 more! YPN advised I can send back as unopened but the delivery address did not accept returns, this is the rude response I have, I do not appreciate the tone.

Update I have now sent via Royal Mail heard nothing yet

Update 18/8 still no contact from them re my refund despite having received the item back over 2 weeks ago ???? Where is the refund please

It is not our fault if the return courier hasnt fulfilled your request.
Our warehouse is available to accept returns, and we wouldn't refuse any courier.

I understand your frustration but we cannot advise anything more than retrying with a different company.

We need the order back to be able to issue the refund so there isn't anything we can do from our end until it reaches us.

I will raise feedback regarding this, but this is an issue with the return courier you've used, not us.
