Great customer service, great quality card sleeves (dragon shield quality by look and feel), and easy to order. Just choose a pic you want, they'll show you how it'll look and tell you if the pixel count is enough, and order. Took about a month and half to receive the sleeves I ordered and they were exactly what I ordered. Prices are average for custom sleeves (maybe a bit more) but I'd recommend them and I'll buy from them again. Above other companies I'd say is their customer service...sending me emails when there's a shipping change was really nice, I never had to wonder about my order...something I rarely see.

My package was stuck somewhere for 10 days but after contacting customer service they were able to resolve the issue pretty quickly amd I like how the mats turned out

I ordered a custom deck box from them six months ago. Emailed once each month to check production. Kept being told there were delays, then they told me it shipped, but when I clicked tracking it said a label was printed and they were waiting on my box. That was over a week ago. Asked for a refund. Crickets

The Customer service was great! The Team kept me very up date on the status and location of my order! The quality of the playmat is awesome and feels like it will last a long time! Definitely recommend getting some stitching done on the outer sides!

Took a bit to get here, but can't argue with the product. It feels great, the picture quality is awesome, and it's perfectly sized for my tiny little space.

I will say, this one order I had recently took WAY longer than usual… BUT, I’ve had multiple orders prior and every single experience was amazing. They kept great communication with me throughout the entire order that took a long time, gave me a great deal AND a partial refund. Context was a family emergency of the owner and i completely understand tough situations. To be able to maintain professionalism with a customer and deal with that kind of pressure speaks volumes to the character of the owners and employees of yourplaymat! Will continue to place my bulk playmat orders with them in the future! Highly recommend, great quality too!"

Both mats came out beautifully. The photographs were accurate and the mats were sized perfectly

Website was easy to navigate. Product was exactly as described and what I wanted. Arrived in very timely manner despite warning of delays due to recent weather implications on shipping.

Turned out great and above my expectations for quality, one could even argue heirloom quality that is made to last!

This is a scam. I ordered a custom playmat and sleeves for over $100 in September 2024. I would email them every month and they kept providing excuses as to why it wasn't done. Finally in December 2024, they admitted something went wrong and opened a new order. However, in February 2025, they claimed that the old order had arrived, but I did not receive anything. I checked with the post office, and they said that the tracking number was assigned to someone else. I tried disputing this with PayPal but they sent the tracking number and are claiming that I received the package even though the number is not assigned to my address.

Ordered on 12/30/24, its now 03/11/25. Waiting 3 months for a custom size playmat is crazy. Customer service team is unresponsive through email and when they do respond on FB messenger they take like 3 days. This company has gone to sh*t. Don’t buy from them, if you’re waiting on your order, cancel and get a refund through FB Messenger.

I have order for Custom Sleeves from here for so many years, and I have never had any issues up until now. I ordered my new sleeves about 2 months ago on 12/22/24, I get the confirmation email that my order is placed. It's been about 3 weeks to a month, and i still didn't get any updates for my order, so on January 31st I sent an email to customer Support. After 2 weeks from then I still didn't get a response, so i sent another on February 18th. After sending my 2nd email a friend of mine also ordered some items from here around the first week of January, and he told me he emailed them on February 9th and he got a response the next F day from them about his order. So after like 5 days later I sent a 3rd email on the 23rd of February, and my friend also sent an email with my order number helping me out trying to force them to respond to me while they were helping him. Finally after the 3rd email and with my friend helping me out I got a response after a month. But the F first response had nothing to do with my question, the customer supporter name Alexandra says sorry for the delay response and will take 2 to 3 more weeks for the sleeves and deck boxes to be ready. But I never ordered a deck, so I replied asking the same question. the next day or so on February 27th I was given a different answer and it was the same F person, she this time gives me a different answer: she tells me that my order was delivered without sending me any confirmation. I told this woman that I never got shipment confirmation, and tracking number from them. The next day she sends me the tracking number and tells me that it was delivered on F January 30th, and asked me if I checked after that date. I repeated again that I didn't get crap from them, then she sends me the F shipment and delivery confirmation for no reason when it over 2 months late to receive it. Then she says she can only give me partial money back even though they never did anything with my order. This custom making company was Awesome until July of 2024, This guy name Oliver was amazing he always kept updating my orders every time and that's why I ordered from here in the past cause I get updates all the time, seems like since the guy left this company is not doing its best anymore. I suggest not to order from here anymore even if you did in the past, look for somewhere new to order from.
