I have loved working with Paul on securing a new mortgage. I went into the process with some basic 'fag packet maths' on what I thought I could afford and borrow and Paul picked this up and ran with it. He secured me a great mortgage that I'm super comfortable with, he always gave me all the time I needed to digest info we discussed, ask questions and then land at a point that made sense for me. I also loved that he was so open to discussing my ten year plan and how I can prep financially for that. A huge weight off my mind in what is a stressful and paperwork heavy time!

We spoke to Paul a couple of years ago when we were remortaging but ended upjust staying with the same lender but Paul was still really helpful in this, so looking again and more interested in changing lender I got back in touch and he's been fantastic at talking through the options, linking us up with a solicitor and now talking about the insurance costs. His patience and efficiency with everything has been excellent.

Paul provided regular calls to initially take me through the process of purchasing a property and have me ask any questions I had, to talking through my mortgage and insurance options. I felt I was supported every step of the way, even with engaging with the estate agent and solicitors. As a first time buyer, this was really appreciated as I was aware of what to expect and particular points to follow up on.

What I also appreciated was that whilst advice was given, I wasn't pushed to follow through with any suggestions/recommended partners.
