Great experience with Yours Car Rental! The Citroën C3 was clean, in good condition, and pleasant to drive. The service was also professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

Very good experience.

When we arrived, the instructions for finding the shuttle were not very clear, and there was no obvious signage. I had to call the agency, but the team was very responsive and came to pick us up within a few minutes.

The agency is located only a few minutes from the airport, which is very convenient.

We rented a vehicle for 10 days. The car was in excellent condition, and we did not experience any issues throughout our stay. The return process was quick, and the deposit was refunded immediately.

One thing to note: if you use a debit card, the deposit amount is charged to your account (and then refunded when the vehicle is returned). However, the agency accepts both credit and debit cards, which is a real advantage. In France, we mainly use debit cards, whereas many rental companies only accept credit cards.

I would highly recommend this agency for its professionalism, responsiveness, and the simplicity of both the pick-up and return processes.

The car was in great condition and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting in resolving any issues, I am very grateful. In my experience, it was all quite quick, which I greatly appreciate too! The only observation I would make is about the brakes; they were a bit worn, squeaked quite a bit and took a little longer than usual to brake due to wear and tear . Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints, I would rent here again. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Customer Service pretty unfriendly, car was Not checked: aircondition did not work. Tirepressure was in Alarm-Mode. Poor experience - regards

A reliable, precise, and honest company. Everything was perfect. Car was almost new and had no problem. At the start of the rental, they email a comprehensive report detailing with photos any existing damage to the car, and they do the same at the end. The only downside—though negligible in my view—is that they don't just place a hold on the deposit amount but actually charge it to your card, refunding it at the end of the rental. However, given that other companies require a deposit three to four times higher, I’d say this arrangement is fine. Just be aware that they do not accept debit cards, even though this is clearly stated.
My pickup was at Preveza.
All in all, highly recommended!

Fast and friendly service, straightforward process, and the same car as booked, in good condition. Fast shuttle service to the airport, no waiting. Just the tires should be checked better. I would definitely recommend

Did not return my Deposit of 2.500€! Gave me a shitty car, although i paid for a Audi Q7.

Worst experience ever. I will take legal actions next.

Fantastic experience with Yours Rental Cars at Zakynthos Airport! From the very first moment, the service was outstanding. Even though my flight arrived at 10:25 PM, Akis and his male colleague were there waiting for me with a smile. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

When I returned the car, I was helped just as well. As an extra service, I even received two free rides, which was truly beyond my expectations. This level of customer care is rare to find nowadays!

Car was great, helpful staff, no dramas at all - highly recommended as it was good value. A little further to walk from the terminal than the big companies but well worth it for the savings and service

The handover went smoothly - both the pick-up and the handover. The technician knows what he is doing and can advise where to go/not to go, where to get fuel, etc.

The contract -- via Check24 -- promised a pick up from the Airport, but there was no one provided. The missing pick up is especially problematic if there is a family with small kids and many suitcases. Furthermore, we booked and paid for a Volkswagen SUV but got a Toyota Corolla. The team at the office however was very kind and provided me with drinking water. No blame on them, but a customer should get what he ordered.

Can’t fault the service, helpful and straightforward. I would highly recommend.

We were greeted by a friendly gentleman. He was busy, but made us comfortable and explained how long he would be. The car was a hybrid MG. We had requested a VW Polo or similar and this seemed at least as good. Great communication, great prices. We paid extra to protect the excess and that deposit was swiftly refunded during the hassle-free return process. Overall, a really positive experience.

The service was very good.

I found friendly and competent people at that counter, everything went fast & smooth. And you don`t need a transfer from the airport in Corfu, as it is in walking distance.
