Car insurance poor condition with several fault lights and the fuel gauge didn't work. I had to pay £1000 deposit for a car that wasn't even worth that. Made a complaint but they just kept deflecting. Won't use this rental company again.

Everything was fine, no problems
Everything was fine, except the extra charge of € 50 because the flight had a delay and I couldn’t be there on time .
But the staff was friendly and the car was very clean and comfortable.

Check in and check out were fast. No hassle. Stuff very polite. Car was in very good shape. Deposit money came back quickly. The rental is 5 min walk from the terminal. Good value for money. Strongly recommend!

WARNING: Avoid Yours Car Rental – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible experience with Yours Car Rental. I made a booking through Booking. com, but because my flight was delayed due to circumstances beyond my control, my reservation was cancelled.
The worst part is that I was charged €280 even though I never received the car, never used the service, and got absolutely nothing in return for the money taken from me.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers. A professional rental company should understand unexpected travel problems and treat customers fairly instead of charging a huge amount for a service that was never provided.
I strongly advise everyone NOT to book with Yours Car Rental. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I will never use this company again.

For reservations made through Booking.com, any refund requests or payment-related matters must be handled directly with the broker, as they manage the booking terms, payments, and refund process. We recommend contacting Booking.com regarding your reservation so they can review the case and assist you further.
Ok with the usual car rental traps and grifts
What was good: staff were friendly enough and efficient enough, so no issues on that front.
The whole layout of where rental offices and cars are in the airport multistorey car park is a bit confusing compared to the usual rental car hall in an airport, and this could be made much clearer.
What was bad: As parking is impossible throughout much of the island and roads are often narrow, cars are highly likely to pick up minor scratches or markings from another car, even if your car is stationary. Our car was covered in dents and scratches, which was fine. However, we picked up another small mark while parked and away from the vehicle. The charge for this is 400 Euro and this has clearly this has developed into a business model for rental companies. The minor damage would be under 400 euro to fix and they never actually fix it if our car was anything to go by. So the scam is to claim 400 euros (provided by insurer), pocket that and leave the scratches as they are. It seems fair not to repair every little tiny mark. But not to always charge 400 euro whatever. This is more of a problem for insurance companies than customers, just make sure you have insurance because you will almost certainly be charged for some minor damage.

Do not book with this company. Staff are so unpleasant. Don’t even want to play the race card but it kind of seemed that way.
Also booked £500 for a Volkswagen polo, ended up receiving a Nissan micra??? Judging off other reviews it’s clear to see they never stick true to the car you pay for.
Rubbish experience, no compensation or refund for not getting the car you selected to book.

All positives
All positives, we were quickly picked from the airport, office is very close so we were there in 5 minutes, the car was brand new, delivered quickly. The return...same but opposite, quick drop of and van was already waiting to take us to the airport. Price was also the best we could find.
On top of that, they also lent us a beach umbrella that was left behind by a previous customer - which we needed and used - so finally they were very thoughtful. Greek hospitality at its best, really nice people.

The car is damaged and the battery was low.
The staff is terrible and, above all, very rude. The car died after one day due to a battery problem, and for calling roadside assistance, I was charged €250 even though nothing is mentioned in the contract.

I understand that this is a low-cost rental company, but that should not justify such poor customer service, organization, and safety standards.
It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to pick up the car and 1 hour to return it. I have rented cars from many different companies over the years, and I have never experienced such long delays.
There were usually three employees present, but the way tasks were organized seemed completely ineffective. During the pickup process, I spent almost an hour watching staff move cars and assist other customers while nobody handled my check-in or provided any explanation for the delay. The same happened when I returned the car: nobody came to assist, nobody explained what was happening, and customers were simply left waiting. I actually had to go outside and look for an employee to get information.
The shuttle service was equally frustrating. Although the airport is only about five minutes away, I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle. When I expressed concern because my flight departure time was approaching, the employee's response was rude. She told me that I should have arrived three hours before my flight. However, my flight was at 10:00 PM and the rental office only opened at 8:00 PM, making her suggestion impossible to follow.
To make matters worse, I was given a Toyota Yaris with a punctured tire. The employee acknowledged that there was a warning light on the dashboard but assured me that the issue had already been checked and that there was no problem. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered that the tire was almost completely flat. This is a serious safety concern. I had to find a gas station and inflate the tire myself just so I could drive back to Athens safely.
While the car itself was otherwise acceptable, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The excessive waiting times, lack of communication, poor customer service, rude attitude, and the fact that I was given a vehicle with a flat tire make this one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had.
I would not rent from this company again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.
