The staff are very helpful and customer service is very good.

3 weeks on and €980 down!!!
No idea of customer service. I am nearly 4 weeks back from my holiday any my stolen €900 deposit has not been returned! I am completely helpless. They have all the evidence and a company with morals would simply check their transactions and confirm a mistake has been made! Takes no times. Off to citizens advice I go. Do not use!! Any holiday relaxation is not worth this stress

After we arrived in HER, we called them for a shuttle pick up which arrived 5-10 Minutes later. Check-In went easy and digital (no printed copies needed). The car was a Citroen C3 which was OK. Check out was also super easy and fast with a shuttle drop off at the terminal in HER. We had not problems at all and can easily recommend Yours Car Rental!

All is great.... except the original explanation as to where to go once arrived at the airport.
Thankfully, after calling the agency we received detailed explanation with picture with WhatsApp.
But it would have been less stressful to get thee information BEFORE arrival at the airport

I asked for a manual car, but they gave me an automatic one, claiming that I arrived one hour later than the scheduled time. Perhaps they are not aware that flights can be delayed.

Furthermore, the staff was not friendly at all. The location is in a very unpleasant and dirty area, to the point that it almost looks fake. The car settings were left in Greek, like changing the language from Greek alphabet is something anyone can easily do.

The car they gave me also had numerous scratches and scuff marks.

I definitely do not recommend this company.

The car was ok, the service ok but in case of damage you pay 75E extra ( administration fees ) even if you have a full Insurance. For one week it was 482E for a standard car . It was expensive. Take your credit card an do it better 😊 ( 243 in that case )

Polite staff and reliable low mileage car

The pick up of the car was easy, but the location was hard to find as it was not operated by wheego itself. The staff wasn't speaking english properly, so therefore it was hard to understand what they need. My credit card (Visa as described in the booking process) was declined for the 450€ caution, although I called my bank and they said there shouldn't be a problem so its probably because of the rental places paying system. We tried it with the card of my girlfriend but it costed an aditional fee of 50€ to put her as a driver... There was no introduction or further information on the car whatsoever. The staff at the pickup pressured me into signing some paperwork (turns out it was about the pre-existing damages to the car, without me being able to see the car first). At return the staff was pretty harsh and found some imaginary new scratches all around the car. All in all pretty bad service.

Very disappointing experience

We were travelling as a family of five and had already purchased insurance through StressFreeCarRental. When we arrived, Yours Car Rental refused to accept the deposit because the initials on the credit card did not exactly match the full name on the driving licence.

We were then told that the only way to get the car was to pay €300 for their full insurance. With a family of five standing there in the heat, we felt we had no real choice.

We found this completely unreasonable and extremely disappointing. We had already arranged insurance and were effectively forced to pay another €300 just to receive the car.

We are now requesting a full refund of this €300 charge. Would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Very convenient and trustful handovers. Very fast and no further selling of insurances. Great staff and car as requested (rather new). Only minus, the gas station near airport did not have gasoline so we had to pay a rather high markup per liter.

The car was good, but we where really disappointed about your support and service.

We rented a car for one week, and after our first trip we got a indication of low tire pressure and a wrench-symbol and called your support. A women told me that she thought I could keep driving, but I said I needed that in text if something happened to the car. I sent an email and she promised me an answer. No answer for the first day, I called at the evening again and spoke to the same women. Told her we where going on a trip the next day so I really needed their reply on my email. She promised I would get an answer the next morning. Still no answer.

A whole week went by, and even though I called in total five times to the support, I never got an answer to my email. I got five promises, but no reply.

I told both her, and the man I returned the car to, that I wanted compensation since we couldn’t use the car that first day that we waited for your reply. No one did anything, no compensation.

After we arrived home again (still no answer) I sent a new email to your support and explained our experience and wanted your response. I still haven’t got a response to that email either, and that was one week ago.

So, you really need to do something about your service and support because this was a total disaster.

The car rental was friendly, fast and efficient. It was easy to pick up the car and return it.

We used the services of many car rental companies over the years but Yours Cars in Larnaca has been exceptional by far!!!!! Anastasia was very friendly but professional and very efficient to answer all our questions. We shipped our car from UK to Cyprus for our permanent relocation and because there were delays in arrival we asked for an extension of our 1 week booking. The team was very efficient in organising everything so we didn't need to book another car and avoided the hustle to deliver the one we had already. They completed the whole process over the phone. Almost everything was perfect the only reason I don't give 5 stars is that we use 2 times this service and both of them we had to wait more than 45 min to be picked up from the airport.

Easy to collect the car - no waiting time and the car was clean and model as agreed. Friendly staff. Very smoothe return with no delays.

The car we booked had accidentely been given to the wrong customers.
No equivalent substitute available. Extremly unhelpful and rude deskmanager.
Endless diskussions until we got a replacement we were able to fit our luguage into. Still wrong car-categorie.
Took us nearly 3h until we could drive off. Another family, which were also waiting for a car switch, told us, that they had a very similar problem.

Good service, everything was clear, honest and due to description on website 👍
