Very bad customer service
I am very disappointed with the return process.
I am based in France, and the company only provides a UK return address without any prepaid or EU-compatible return option.
The actual return cost from France is over €23, while their website indicates a €10 return fee for France. This is misleading and not realistic in practice.
I am willing to return the items, but the return conditions are not adapted for international customers.
Customer service did not provide any suitable solution.
I would not recommend ordering from outside the UK.

2 pairs 39EEE of same model are sizing differently
I have baught the same product (grey model Code produit: 240534) size 39EEE
than my previous order (black model Code produit: 154408 size 39EEE
and the new product "grey" is much smaller than the "black" my foot touch the tip of the shoe, it's less large
as well, the shoes are for work, i'm a "hair dresser" standing up all day.
I"m very desapointed and cannot wear them tries.

Terrible shoes, terrible customer service
I got extra wide shoes from them. They were larger in width, but also longer, which makes them useless !! I returned them, spent 15€ on the returning fees and never got refunded !! They sent me multiple emails telling me that it was processing, but I have been waiting for more than a month now and still nothing !
