Costly returns
Nice easy ordering. Ordered a lovely dress, pjs and trousers.
Not happy that it cost 10€ to return an item costing 30€.
I ordered off the French website, this return fee is extortion.
The item were trousers that were a foot to long. Yes a foot too long! Ridiculous size, I would need to be over 6ft 3 for them to fit…… so I have to pay for this idiocy. It will certainly affect how much I buy in the future as returns are so costly.

The boots are too uncomfortable
The boots are too uncomfortable, they rub my legs all the time and irritated my skin, and they are too large at the back so my feet kept moving.
I didn't return these boots because I would have to lose 10 euros on the initial price. But I'm not wearing them anymore. I'm not buying from Yoursclothing anymore. Finding affordable wide fit shoes is so hard but no thanks.
