Customer service: Outstanding customer service!
Storage: Entry code and locker code are available immediately upon booking the correct locker. Easy to book and/or change/cancel. Lockers are very clean, warm, secure.
Overall: definitely recommend to everyone who needs a storage box.

Great service and friendly staff. Their Landstrasse location is new and in great condition. I like the fact that I do not need a key and that the facilities are open 24/7.

Great Experience and secure !
I had a great experience with Storebox Erfurt ! The website is well designed for UX, the prices are very reasonable. On the ground level, the storage was clean and secure, you are emailed all the info you need to access your hired storage. Nice and dry. There are no physical personal on the ground but there is a number you can call, and if they don’t answer, they will return your call the next day :) thank you for a wonderful service ! I will recommend to friends!
