I was recommended to contact Gavin through my mortgage broker, who only had good things to say.
Gavin is incredibly fast at responding, very helpful, and guided me as a first time buyer on what level survey to go for given the age of the property. Gavin moved very fast to get the survey in the diary as he knew I had an exchange date fast approaching. He also helped arrange a call with the surveyor once the report was produced so that I could ask all necessary questions to put my mind at ease.
I would absolutely recommend Gavin and his services to anyone who is buying a property.

Gavin was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, and he carried out a level 3 survey on a property that we are purchasing.
Initial contact was very quick and all was clearly explained to us in advance of the survey taking place.
The survey itself was carried out within a few days and we received a comprehensive report within 48 hours. The report was detailed and gave us a lot of reassurance about the property, and included many many photos that were helpful in clarifying some of the points raised.
Gavin also offered us the opportunity for a phone/video call to talk through the report in detail, and although we didn't feel this was necessary, we really appreciated the offer.
He then followed up to make sure that we were comfortable with the report findings and to check for any points of query.
All in all a great service from start to finish - thank you!
