No refund for store credit
I am trying to get a refund but the costumer service keeps referring me a to the terms and conditions page, which is a 404. Then they offer to write out the terms and conditions for a refund, which are different from the ones on the website. Don't be fooled by this company. It is the same company as gosportstyle.com and ourluxelook.com and it reeks of fraud.

Didn't sign up, but good help with the chat.
As far as I'm aware I never signed up for this site. Cancelled it after 24-hours but was charged a few days later for a top-up amount. Went to the chat and they immediately approved a refund for the charged amount which was indeed refunded to my CC.
So although I wouldn't recommend this website, the chat function was very helpfull.
