Honestly 10/10 from start to finish for customer service, value for money, quality of goods and packaging. If fact the light was so well packaged that it took a good half an hour to open. 🤣

The remote control is a nice feature as well, so you can control the dim setting.

I would like to give an honest up date on my experience with, You Turn Neon.

I am very pleased to report that they seem to be turning things around and have employed a new lady Stella, in their Customers Services department. She has reached out to me and gone above and beyond to rectify my complaints with this company. Leaving me totally satisfied now.

I would like to update my negative review as since my last comments on this site I have received my sign which is beyond my expectations it’s a good solid sign with really strong bright colours and feels very robust it came very well packaged and my son and his friends all love it ... it did take longer than expected to arrive which of course caused me to be concerned but it was worth the wait and I would certainly order again from this company 😃

The customer service I received is unmatched from anywhere else I’ve ordered a product! Absolutely 10/10 I asked for the sign to be made in time for my nieces birthday which was 10 days away and the team got it to my door for the day before her birthday! Incredible service! Will be buying some more and recommending to everyone!

Received an explanation, my sign which is fab and a £100 voucher

This site is a scam. I am now trying to get a refund through my bank. I ordered in December, at the end of Feb they emailed to say the sign I ordered was not available with the colour changing option despite offering it on the site as such and allowing me to buy it. It had been in their workshop the entire time despite my numerous emails which they were looking at and did I want one colour. I simply replied with the colour I wanted and they refunded me the difference. I have sent about ten emails since to customer service and Instagram and am ignored. I also comments on their pictures and they jst delete them and dnt reach out to me. I’m hoping to get a full refund through my bank. It’s awful they’re still trading after reading everyone’s reviews

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OR ANY OF THEIR SISTER NEON SIGN COMPANIES!

This company is a complete scam. I've had to raise a claim with my bank for my money back. The website promises expertly crafted signs and a 1 year guarantee of free replacement if there'a any kind of issue with your sign. ALL LIES. My sign arrived very late and very damaged. The acrylic backing is covered in glue residue and scratches. I've had no reply to my many emails asking for an exchange or refund. Also, the UK phone number that was previously listed on the website at the time of my purchase I realised was fake (inactive number that has since been removed).

The company is based in China but they make it look as though they are based in London. They charge extortionate delivery fees, which isn't even half of what they actually pay to ship the item to you.

Learn from my mistake and research before you buy to ensure it is a reputable company - this is not the one to use!
