Great app and

it's wonderful

Yplan is great for finding a night out or new event to enjoy.

They seem to have a good relationship with the events so you go knowing everything will be great

Only feedback is that their phone customer service seems to always go to voicemail so may need more staff

yplan is the best app to have ever happened, i havent used it on many occasions but simply and purely based on the fact that they gave me tickets for the weeknd i will forever be grateful

Yplan is ultra convenient and easy to use. I've used it 8 times and even got free tickets to the Apple Music Festival. Its impossible to trawl through all the events in London and figure out which ones I want to go to so its nice to have some good people at Yplan doing it. With Yplan I can discover unique events and buy tickets in a couple of minutes and just show up at the door.
In short Yplan makes your life better.

I love the concept of it and how easy it is to find something to do! I enjoy last minute adventures although they made the app to easy. I accidentally once bought two tickets for a play because I accidentally clicked the buy it button. It might be good to ask for a confirmation each time you try to purchase something.

I really enjoy using Yplan, I think it's great and there are so many great, fun and quirky deals we can enjoy. It's such an easy app to use too, I've had no problems at all with it and I've been using it for almost a year now. Highly recommend Yplan to Londoners.

I have friends who work in Thriller The Muscial and ar best, the best seats in the house are valed at £67.50. Thats for the best available tickets and seats for the show. The tickets are not more expensice than this, and this i have first hand knowledge off.

So i was horrified when i went on last night and seen tickets for just under £110. The whole idea of the app surely is to get a last minute deal or cheaper bargain? so my question is this? why the huge mark up on tickets? who actually gains from it? Certainly not the consumer of the App. I find it appauling that you are willing the rip of customers for your own personal gain.

Last time i won tickets for Apple Music Festival. I was so happy. I hope Yplan will stay the best forever.

I got to see two of my favourite artists for free in my favourite venue recently due to apple music and yplan. Made a horrible week that much better, such a good system.

Excellent service

I can't rave about YPlan enough. They are so nice. I've made mistakes and they have helped me correct them whilst talking to you like a human. Always absolutely lovely. Will continue telling everyone how much I like them.

Yplan is a very handy app- letting you know when events are on and sometimes even giving us a discount on the events! Love how you can enter competitions and you really have a chance of winning! Love the app and have recommended it to many.
