TODAY IS APRIL 10th! I JUST GOT SCAMMED BY YUKI CAR RENTAL AND IM SO MAD I DIDNT SEE THESE REVIEWS! I JUST HAD TO GET THE POLICE INVOLVED BECAUSE THEY SPENT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT I GAVE IN CASH!!!! I RETURNED THE CAR AT THE AIRPORT LIKE THEY ADVISED AND ALEXANDER SAID HE FORGOT THE MONEY AT THE OFFICE BUT REFUSED TO GO GET IT OR Take me SAYING THEY WOULD PAYPAL ME BUT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE PAYPAL! IM FILING A POLICE REPORT AND IM TAKING THEM TO COURT YALL GONNA STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE ESPECIALLY US AMERICAN TOURIST! MEXICO IS DEF A SCAM!

My husband and I went on vacation to Cancun arrived February 20th. We were in communication with Yuki Car Rental via WhatsApp, upon arrival, they were about 30 minutes late, picking us up. Then they said their office was under construction, so they parked across away from the airport and tried to charge her credit card, but their system was down.
They told me to PayPal them about $445 for the deposit and I would get that money back within a few days after I return the car. It’s been two weeks already. I still have not received my deposit back. I have sent them over 10 messages on WhatsApp. It keeps saying they will give me my money, but I still have not seen it. I have all the messages saved the person they has been communicating with me is Alexander Tzuc. I would recommend going with another agency preferably one that has an office and that is well known.

Do not book with Yuki Car Rental.

We returned the car in the exact same condition as when we picked it up. We were told a representative would meet us at the airport at a specific time to collect the vehicle. No one showed up. We then waited over two hours, but eventually had to leave or we would have missed our flight.

After failing to meet us, the company instructed us via WhatsApp to leave the keys under the mat and assured us our deposit would be returned since there was no damage to the car. Despite this, we have still not received our deposit, and the company has now completely stopped responding to us on WhatsApp.

This is a complete scam and incredibly unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and lost money book elsewhere.

Excellent car rental experience! Super transparent and extremely convenient. Quick and seamless pickup at the airport upon arrival, plus an easy drop-off when departing. Their response time is impressively fast if any issues arise. Highly recommend Yuki Car for anyone visiting Cancun—even if you're staying in Tulum, having your own car gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace. 10/10 service!

The personal were polite and very self explanatory on the ordinance of a rental vehicle. The down part of it all was that the car they issued me was not that great. The A/C took very long to cool the car. The vehicle was dirty and the seat was broken.

I was traveling to Mexico and didn’t wanna Uber or ride in a taxi I just felt safer renting a car. Yuki Car Rental picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and they drove us to get pesos so that I can pay them. Which they take pesos,US dollar, and Apple Pay. They were very understanding patient and polite 10/10 def recommend and if I ever come back to Mexico I’m renting from them again! Oh and they also let me switch out the car to a different one.

this was a horrible experience they gave me a filthy stinky car and I was stranded at the airport for 3 hrs at 11pm because they didn't have any other cars

1) The key to the van was bad and at times would not lock or unlock

2) Neither of the front windows worked. They did not go up or down

3) The A/C struggled to work and cool the van and passengers in the middle to back of the van were hot most of the time

4) The service upon returning the car was not good and we were almost at risk of missing our flight

5) Their statements about the insurance coverage on the van was different at the time of returning the van than it was at the time of renting the van

Solid overall service. Punctual and timely pickup at the airport. Prompt return at end of stay. Rates and car exactly as promised.

The car was full of gas, very clean, safe, and well maintained.

Car broke down got gas lighted and told my fault (they said it had no gas when in realty the gas showed full) and that I was lucky to keep my deposit. Got a second car, didn’t leave the hotel really so didn’t drive the car much of any. When we returned the car all blame was out on me like it was my fault. No one ever went over the car with us either so Will stick to the name brand rental places next time.
