I initially had a concern about a necklace I received. I attempted to get in touch with Yumiyu several times, but no response. Finally, the owner, Nina, personally texted me. She addressed my concern and in addition sent me a lovely necklace. I really appreciated her response and her extra gift.That was really nice of her.

I would love to get the refund back. Cause when the package arrived it was broken which is suck

I had a concern about my recent purchase. I called the customer service number, but nobody ever answered the call or returned my call. I filled out a form online and in addition sent customer support three emails. I have NEVER heard from anyone in the company. As a result, I will not recommend Yumiyu to a friend nor will I purchase anything from this company.
I am disappointed with the lack of support from this company.

Beautiful. Lays flat, sparkles beautifully. Doesn’t look cheap.

I bought beautiful earrings, I was a little worried that the package would take a long time to arrive or that there would be problems with the delivery. I wrote to Nina and she answered me patiently about everything. One of the earrings I ordered was no longer in stock and she offered me other earrings and sent me another earring as compensation and did not charge me any more money. The package arrived really quickly and without any problems. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery and Nina's patient, fair and charming attitude. Nina gained another satisfied customer and I know that I will soon buy again. The jewelry is beautiful and of high quality. Nina, thank you for everything and you have gained a new and satisfied customer. Thank you.

I originally have this a 1 star review as the item didn't arrive and I got no response to an email. I did however get a response following my review and the seller explained they had been moving sites which is why they didn't respond and after some prolonged back and forth I was told the item had been lost by FedEx. Seller replaced it immediately and a replacement was sent out quickly. The item has arrived and is really nice. I will give the benefit of the doubt to the seller and accept the explanations given, but would hope not to be met with any similar problems if I place any further orders

I had to go through several back and forth emails with Nina asking to return items. She is difficult to work with and takes a long time to reply. Moreover, she did everything in her power to make it hard for me to return the items I didn’t want. Including not providing a return label until I pointed out that her website days “Free returns within 30 days.” Then, when she finally did provide the return label she deducted shipping costs from my return. I find this to be completely unacceptable. If that’s how she wants to handle her returns it should be clearly stated on her website. When I reached out regarding this, she simply did not reply. So my point is, DO NOT buy anything from her if you think you may need to return it.

With that being said, I do love the items that I did keep, but I will never purchase anything from this site again because of a lack of honesty and integrity.

Let me first say the quality and the look of the build-your-own charm necklace is fantastic. The reason I am giving a less-than-perfect rating is that one of my charms was not the right charm that I ordered. I did reach out to Yumiyu and Nina was very responsive and pleasant. I feel a bit inconvenienced to go to the post office and send my necklace back to be fixed and then have it shipped back to me. Nina did offer a solution, but I didn't like the hassle and wanted to wear my necklace right away. I would like to suggest that for an item that I consider expensive, they should do a better check to make sure it's right before sending it to the customer.

The items i ordered are absolutely stunning the customer service i recieved was outstanding and i referred this site to all my friends it is so beautiful and made well and recieved swveral compliments i cant wait to order more items and have a big collection of jewelry from here i definitely give them a rating of 5 out of 5 if possible id rate it even higher i definitely refer to order from here uou will be very happy and satisfied.

The jewelry is not only beautiful, but it’s also very unique, it’s like shopping from a jewelry boutique, and I am always Lon the lookout for rare jewelry pieces, also Nina is a great business owner, she always aims to please her customers, unlike a lot of other businesses that just get your money when everything is good and give you a hard time when the product is defective. Nina makes it right that’s why I keep making purchases.

Amazing and quality gifts for my Wife, Mom & Sister! I ordered three different necklaces for the holidays and everyone loved them. Nina also made it very easy to make an exchange for my sister would wanted to switch from gold to silver. Highly recommend!

When through the sheer neglect through our delivery man where I live ,he decided to leave my parcel in a different street ,I contact YUMIYU, they were extremely helpful even when I got a bit horrible in an email they were very nice and helpful, I got my parcel ,and I just love my earings they are beautiful and I will wear them with pride.
Through my experience, YUMIYU I would recommend them to anyone wanting jewellery.
