I ordered and received two necklaces, both of which have broken within two months of purchase. The quality is poorer than I had expected.

I just received a new order from Yumiyu Jewelry for two beautiful chain necklaces I wanted for a vintage locket from my grandmother. I knew the quality of their necklace chains so didn't hesitate to contact Nina. These chains are just what I wanted -- strong and beautiful color and my locket looks fantastic. My grandmother would be proud.
I also had another order of a necklace with a charm holder that is a great design. The charm holder is very strong and will hold several charms - looks great layered. I never have any qualms ordering jewelry from this company. They are fantastic to work with if and quick to help if you ever have a problem.

I’ve had a few necklaces and bracelets break on me from them, but thankfully, the company was nice enough to send replacements after I ship them the damaged one but they eventually broke in time again within a couple weeks of wearing them. Great customer service, but the quality is not what I looking for for that price so I went to another another company for my spiritual items!

I ordered a pearl necklace and also an evil eye anklet. I was notified they didn't have it in stock but they had one very similar. I went with it and was glad I did. I think I love it more than the one I originally chose. The pearl necklace is so nice as well. Delivery was fine too. No issues! Thank you! Will order from this company again. I think this is my 3rd time I've ordered! 😀

I ordered from Yumiyu and received my items fairly quickly. One of them was damaged, I emailed and received a reply within moments, sent a photo and she shipped a brand new item which arrived in a couple of days!!! That was the best customer service, I could not be happier

I ordered the wrong product, and without hesitation whatsoever, you sent me the new piece while trusting me that I placed it in the mail. Which I did. I had to. Easy to communicate with your company. I love my bracelet.I collect hamsa and evil eye pieces, and this gorgeous, classy piece of jewelry is a beautiful addition to my collection. Looks like real gold. I ordered a larger one and my exchange for a smaller size was quick and easy. Looks like real gold. I wear my jewelry in the shower, so I hope it holds up without tarnishing.

Every piece of jewelry I order from Yumiyu is elegant, yet versatile! Every time I wear any of their pieces, whether on its own or layered, I receive a ton of compliments. On my recent purchase, I had a little issue with one of the pieces. Nina, owner of Yumiyu was quick to email me back, and resolve the issue. That is what I call great customer service! I will continue to purchase jewelry from Yumiyu!
