I’m really grateful I found Yummy Mummy... I entered my insurance information and was immediately shown several pump options based on my plan. Completely unprofessional and…

Completely unprofessional and irresponsible service provider. Don't order there your breast pump unless you have no other option. After I was cleared (insurance and zip code wide), yummy mummy did not take any action until I had send them several reminders. They promise on their website to reach out to your OB Gyn to get the prescription but in reality they ask you to actually get their own form filled out by your OB gyn (they shift workload to the client). After radio silence from their end and a couple of reminders, they informed me that they need again another 30 days to process the request. When I challenged them on the timeline, they had cancelled my order the same day advising that I am not in their zip code policy although they had already cleared me two weeks ago.

I have used this store in order to…

I have used this store in order to obtain a breast pump through my insurance in the past, they were very quick in sending out the product as well as communicating with my insurance company. I had no issue with them and customer service is also pretty fast at responding to questions. Now I have a new insurance and have noticed that the selection of pumps is much smaller than that on other websites. I would highly suggest that you shop around the website so that your insurance company gives you four breast pumps because it seems like this site may be very limited. Although if they did have the wider variety I was looking for I would have definitely gone through them again.
