Great product like the green lipped mussels

My dog was getting old and quickly, a friend recommended Yu-move and I was reluctant, just another potion but I was wrong, it has significantly improved my dogs health, very happy.

Very happy with delivery, the subscription is very convenient. Our greyhound has been on joint care since we got him 18 months ago, hopefully they will help to keep his joints in good condition as he gets older. It’s also great that you can still be reached by telephone, a rarity now

I get Yumove plus for my cat as she has a bit of arthritis and its done wonders for her, runs around like a kitten sometimes. I sprinkle in her food and its not an issue, would definately recommend. Order arrives quickly too, we have it on subscription so dont have to worry about ordering.

Product arrives promptly every month. I get timely reminders when before it is sent out, and again after it’s sent out. I never have any problems.

I’ve used YuMOVE for years now. Firstly on my mature darling Staffie for her joints and now on my young Staffie. I started my young one on Joint Support for Young Dogs the day I brought her home as a pup. I learned from my first Staffie the importance of starting on joint support long before issues arise. Sadly I wasn’t aware of this until my mature girl started having issues. I won’t make that mistake again! I highly recommend YuMOVE joint support to anyone considering it, also start early. Prevention is better than cure.

Very disappointing experience today. Been looking at these products for a while and as my GSP is now older and seems to be struggling some days decided now was the time to help him out.

Ordered online and the money left my account only for me to receive an email stating that my order was cancelled due to my own instructions.

Having rechecked the bank and seeing the money had left I phoned to be told my order was cancelled your end, not mine, as due to my bank account I could be a fraudster.

Give I work for an American company I use Wise to receive money in dollars and therefore have a low cost transfer to GBP. Wise also has over $240 billion in transactions annually, and it’s a usual visa debit account.

I explained that the money had left and I hadn’t cancelled the product and you were happy to accept my payment and I was told I basically need to open a new bank account to use your products.

Your website doesn’t state on payment that you restrict certain banks. I paid with a debit card. Now the bank has said it will drop back in hopefully over the next few days.

Not sure which of is the fraudster some would say it’s not a hardworking woman who has paid for a product to help her much loved animal but a company why willingly takes funds, cancels and sends out incorrect emails and then currently has hold of my funds. You say you’ve released them but they are still pending back in to my account. You should never have taken them if you won’t honour the transaction.

Excellent service! Arrives on time and I have a very happy Chihuahua thanks to YouMove . Saves a trip to the vet. Simple dietary changes make all the difference. He loves His treat every day.
