I returned a product that I received with a size error. I haven't seen my money or the product for more than two months, and 1.5 months after the return, it turned out that they thought I had sent back an empty package. I requested GLS's information about the product, which shows that the package returned was not empty, yet they continue to refuse my refund.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Zalando.

I ordered a New Balance running shoe in size EU 45.5, but what I received was a size EU 47.5 shoe packed inside a size 46.5 box. Not only is this a completely different size than what I ordered, but the mismatch between the shoe and the box shows a serious lack of quality control. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, especially from a company as established as Zalando.

Now I have to go through the hassle of returning an item I can’t use, wasting my time and delaying my training schedule. I trusted Zalando to deliver the correct product, and this careless error is frustrating and disappointing.

Please do better.

Be careful when ordering from Zalando, as there’s no attention given to packaging. The delivery company even flagged my package as undeliverable because of this.
