Terrible experience

Terrible experience!
Parcel is held with the delivery company, no delivery for 3 weeks.
Despite many contacts to Zalando and Fastway, my parcel hasn’t been delivered and they don’t want to refund me.
Fastway never replied to my email and there is no other form of contact

Super service.

Super service.
I returned a parcel and only one item out of 2 were refunded. I've emailed them on a Sunday morning, I got an apology email in the next few hrs and my PayPal account was refunded the same day.
I've been using Zalando for the last 2 years and I haven't got any issues. They highlight the items which are coming from a long distance so you're aware of the waiting times.

Delighted.

After placing my order I read the reviews here and I was nervous but my whole experience was perfect. My package came within a few days and I am delighted with the products. Thank you zalando :) will be shopping here again

Dubious "lost" goods

I bought 2 items, one with a decent reduction. The order never arrived. Seemed to be stuck in Dublin hub of Courier. Contacted Zalando and was offered money back. Said no, I wanted my order and was due to go on holiday so needed it and no time to reorder elsewhere. Nothing they could do. ????? Posted on fb and they told me to contact them via link...which sent me to FAQ page! ???? Posted again to say this and they refunded the money without notifying me. ??? Omg!

But they had my money for approx 3 weeks. From what I see on fastway trustpilot, this isn't unusual. So is this their little side earner? Reduce goods, have them be "stuck" or "list" and refund after weeks so the interest over goodness knows how many orders fills their pockets? Cos it certainly does while their clients are left empty handed.

Dreadful customer service experience!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Having been a Zalando customer for quite awhile now I experienced such bad customer service today from a certain customer service rep with Zalando that I will never purchase from them again!
I simply wanted to return an item that I had purchased and their selected courier had failed to show up twice now to collect the item (a service that this courier service offers to provide). Previously when this happened the customer service agent I dealt with in Zalando sorted the issue immediately. Today the agent was literally rude and unhelpful. I was told I could bring it myself to a collection point or order a collection for the 3rd time! When I said these options weren't really acceptable I was told sorry but choose one! She refused to let me speak to a team lead and told me I could make a complaint if I wanted to. Then she asked me was there anything else she could do for me this evening! Given the fact that the issue at hand had not been sorted this came across as totally patronising and unhelpful.
Very disappointing from Zalando!!! No customer care clearly!
Edited to add - the complaints procedure with Zalando or even trying to find out how and who to complain to has been a total pain.

I've been ordering from zalando for…

I've been ordering from zalando for quite some time now and I have never had a problem with them. They have a huge range of fashion and accessories, not overly expensive, great bargains and the delivery time is great too. They also have free returns if your not satisfied with your items, and issue with a full refund, once the label is still attached to the item. ❤️👌👌👌.

Two years in a row two separate orders…

Two years in a row two separate orders that have put the wrong details on my orders which have lead to them both being undeliverable. After contacting the courier myself I receive the product and it arrives faulty/counterfeit like who sends someone an Adidas hoodie with half an Adidas logo lol

Easy return process 👌

The ordered irem arrived after about a week from purchase date, so not bad. Item was as described however I had to return it because was too big. The whole return process was hassle free. I packed my order back and stick to the parcel provided label, then just dropped it down to the fastway shop and after about 10 days I had the refund on my account.

Don't waste your time

I sent a sellbox to them over 6 weeks ago and it has been sent from Ireland to Germany and then back to Ireland and then back to Germany again? I've tried to contact Zalando on Instagram twice but no response! So that's great, I sent them a load of clothes that I can't seem to get back!

Order and return

Was definitely nervous about ordering from Zalando after reading all previous reviews. I took the chance and I was delighted I did. I ordered a jacket which was too big, I then purchased the smaller size and returned the previous purchase for refund. Completely smooth transaction. Will be ordering stress free from Zalando in the future!

Was a little nervous about buying from Zalando having read some poor reviews but my experience was first rate. Delivery was quick and communication good. I returned the dress and received my refund within the published 14 days and again communication was good. Will be using them again...

Disappointed

I ordered a pair of boots and on the day they were meant to arrive I got an email saying they had received my return and refunded me. I emailed them to ask why this had happened and apparently it was a “logistical issue”. They said I can reorder with a 15% discount but the boots have now doubled in price!! Disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
