Wrong size shoes sent
I ordered winter boots a week ago. I wear small size (EU 40) and it is a little bit difficult to find my size. So, I decided to go online. Delivery was on time but they sent me 42 size. It is terrible because, even 41 doesn't fit me. Yes, I still can return but who likes to spend time and winter without boots. Terrible first experience honestly
Bought boots for Christmas
Bought docs for my daughter for a Christmas present. Two weeks later got a message thanking me for my return and that they would refund me the payment. I never received the boots to return!!! They said I could re order 🤣🤣 if the size was in stock. Of course it wasn’t- not that I would ever buy anything from them again. Useless. Don’t waste your time and save yourself the stress. 🎄
You might not receive your order
A week after ordering an item I've received an email saying that it has been returned and refund will be issued within five days. I never received the item, really wanted to, hence why I bought it... While I would be okay if the item was not in stock, I am definitely not ok with Zalando gaslighting me!
EU Sizing...
Good but not being able to set shoes sizes to EU sizing means guesswork and subsequent returns at Zalando's expense.
Have contacted them to add a fix (a year ago) but still the same.
Not everyone uses UK sizes.

Really good for clothes, sell at a discount. Free shipping to Ireland once you spend over €27, will give Very a run for its money.
Poor answer and no solution
I already chat with the CS, my parcel should arrive today but the tracking still doesn't exist .
Agent told that courier have some delays and they cannot guarantee that the parcel will be delivered on the next 2 working days and I can have a fully refund. I suppose to get the item as a Christmas gift but at the end my hends will be empty and I will probably run to find something else.

During black Friday / Cybermonday, they provided a code without giving the end date.
After few hour my order went up from 180e to 315e. No way I'm gonna pay this price.
Also received wrong sizing shoes.
Talked with CS, it seems pretty fake just to give you the feeling of a good experience, but I don't think they really help.
Very bad customer service bad quality default runners
Very bad customer service. The runners I bought of the site, we’re expensive runners, that fell apart, tried getting in contact with them and to submit my claim it didn’t go through on many occasions. It’s not good enough to buy a product that was dear fall apart and noway of getting through to the company took ages to final have it submit
I purchased zalando item
I purchased zalando item. But this time the delivery was worst ever. My order and my parcel was all over the place with tracking. I contacted fastway few times got no answer. I contacted zalando customer service no answer or help at all. Worst service. My parcel worth more than 100 quid probably will be gone to someone. Not recommended this online website. Worst service!!

Very good experience, ordered jacket and had to send back for diff size but price had changed but they honored the orig price. Used them quite a lot before that too with no problems.

Loyal customer are nothing to zalando
Zalando.ie get worse and worse. Since they deal with fastway the parcels are missing or are kept in the depot, customer service is not helpful at all. I order from them for last 5 years i spend at least 4-5 grand and when i asked for 20% off voucher code they told me that they can give it to me and i better look for the offers that they have it on the website. This is the end of my buisness with them.
Terrible service
One star is extremely generous if only there were negative marking. I ordered sandals on the app. It said delivery would be 4-7 days. It wasn't, 2 weeks later sandals and still hadn't arrived. I checked with the courier service and it said return to sender. No attempts were made to deliver the package, I was home everyday. I contacted customer service via chat and Mercedes told me it happens sometimes when they don't have the address. My address and eircode is displayed in my profile and was on the billing receipt when I ordered. Then she proceeded to cut me off and exit the chat when I was writing back to her. Terrible service. Won't be using again.
Exceptional Customer Service
My husband ordered me a pair of Doc Martin boots about 2 months ago which I loved. He got a great deal on the price at €89 but unfortunately they were too big on me. I returned them but when I went to re-order, they did not have my size and were back to pre-sale price of €199. I contacted Zalando customer service and asked them if they would honour the original sale price when my size was re-stocked. They agreed to do so with no quibble or disagreement. It took nearly two months to get my size back in stock but true to their word, they honoured the original sale price. I bought them at full price and once they dispatched them, they organised a refund for the difference. I was gobsmacked. I really wasn't expecting them to do this as so much time had passed. My new boots arrived today and they fit perfectly, I love them and my refund is being processed. Absolutely unreal customer service. Staff are so polite and efficient. Thank you so much Zalando!
Missing shipping details
Most recent order didn't have any shipment details, which meant the courier couldn't deliver it and it was sitting in a depot. My only other order was missing a phone number so the courier couldn't reach me. Pretty terrible service so will never use them again.
Cheaper than other websites
Runners arrived in 3 days. Cheaper than any other website for these particular runners.👍
Customer Service ??? What's that
I placed an order of 400€ and Zalando promissed to deliver within 5-9 days.
11 days later I'm still waiting and when I asked the support what's going on, they told me to use the tracking link.

Honestly best website I've ever bought from. I LOVE all the styles on there and the fact that Zalando shows you the outfits on other REAL people is amazing for inspo. Prices are affordable aswell and enjoy the range from affordable clothing to high end options too.

Parcel lost as they didn’t write my address down properly on it
Parcel was held for 3 weeks with fastway and no attempts of delivery. Found out it was because Zalando had forgotten to add the complete address and didn’t give the courier my contact number. When I asked them to resend the parcel with the correct details they told me 1) they can’t give a phone number and 2) I’d have to wait for a refund and repurchase. The items I bought aren’t in stock anymore so they’ve wasted my time.
