This store’s service has taken a nosedive lately. They’ve sent the wrong size item for the second time, and it seems like they have no quality control in their dispatch department. To top it off, the price of the item has increased, and there are additional travel expenses to return the package to the post office.
I've been ordering to Slovenia since Zalando opened it's page here and so far I had no issues with delivery or returns or reimbursements. I do wonder if all of the products are without mistakes or some of the items are with minor mistakes - for example, I noticed an Adidas logo not being leveled, but slightly tilted, or sometimes a stitch is a little off - same as in other stores, but your eye gets more precise.
