This is not it for me unfortunately, the pillow is too small and I can’t really make any use of the handles etc, my head probably takes half of the surface already so barely by room for my hands, I’m 1m83, it seems to me it is designed for smaller people. Also, not firm enough to really bring any support tor my neck. If you’re a tall and somewhat muscular guy over 40, with neck/shoulder pain (and I know there’s a lot of us lol) this is probably not for you.

On a girl’s trip, we stayed at an AirBnB- they had the button butterfly pillows. I fractured my neck in a car accident 30+ years ago and have neck pain intermittently since then. I forgot my usual pillow at home & was nervous especially when I saw this different looking pillow. I FOUND MY NEW PILLOW! It was the most comfortable pillow ever- perfect for side or back sleeping. I googled it and was surprised to find it was also affordable- now I have a new pillow and am sleeping more comfortably than I have in years.

The Bluedott™ Ultra Button Pillow for Neck Pain is a well made product. But not for everyone. It is designed for a 6ft person and not a 5ft person. My occiput did not reached the hollow of the blue dot and I ended up with my chin to my chest. Not helpful for neck pain! Removing the insert was difficult as it required quite some strength to remove the Blue Dot. You might need some help if you have hand and arm weakness. Service was sincere though only half refund was offered. I accepted as I would have to have paid for packaging and post (not to mention the bother) to return which was not mentioned on the website.

I'm sleeping so much better and I don't wake up with neck and back pain.

This company offers a 100 day trial period on their pillows. Even though the pillow didn't work for me I was happy to receive a refund, minus shipping cost. Customer service was responsive and helpful.

The Blue Dot Pillow is a little firm when I first tried it. However, once I placed my head into the blue dot center of the pillow, it cradled my head for a relaxed experience. But my personal experience it felt too low. The website does offer a lifting insert.

Good pillow - neck shaped. A bit high for me, but great support, and having the indent for my weird skull is helpful.

The experience was great - very fast support and fast shipping to Germany.

The Pillows are great - recommended by Bryan Johnson. The neck pain is gone and the sleep is deeper.

Bought this for my wife's birthday. Since using this pillow, she states that there is some improvement in neck pain that she has, as well as very deep sleep with a significant increase in dreaming; satisfied with our purchase.

I’ve been using my butterfly shaped pillow for over one year now. My quality of sleep, neck-related tension, and overall how much I toss and turn have all improved.

Not suitable, given myself a few knots in the shoulder, not quick at giving the full refund? Received an email offering just half and if I want a full refund I'm liable for the shipping costs etc, which isn't mentioned online?

Every day I am happier with the purchase of my Bluedott™ Ultra Button Pillow for neck pain. From the first moment I haven't missed my normal pillow since its shape adapts perfectly to the neck and you can hug it so your arms don't hang. My problem with contractures and neck pain has greatly improved. I have tried other orthopedic pillows from other brands that I have not been able to use because I have not been able to adapt, but instead with this one I have been using it from the first minute and I am happier every day. I recommend it 100 × 100.
