The Zamat Blue dot pillow is so comfortable. For the most part, I sleep on my side and the curve of this pillow accommodates my neck and my arm. From the cooling effect to the soft fabric, I’m a happy sleeper. Bonus. I love that it’s made from bamboo!

Received the blue dott pillow quickly and i have to say it really works. It feels as if my neck is bring gently stretched and it offers space for my shoulders. When sleeping on my side I do not get pins and needles down my arm any longer. My head and shoulders feel supported. Takes a bit to get used to but I am very pleased with this pillow.

I have had neck & shoulder pain for some time. After a few nights using it, I can report that the pillow supports my neck and head quite well, kind of cradling them on the pillow. Turning on my side is bad for my neck, so the fact that it takes a conscious effort to do so (as opposed to in my sleep) is a plus. It did take a bit of time the first couple of nights to get used to it, but then I slept well.
