Easy to use program and can be used anywhere and at any time on my mobile or laptop.

Easy to use and comprehensive platform that supports all aspects (admin and clinical) parts of my practice.

The platform is effortless, easy to navigate, and if needed, support is readily available.
We have had Zanda (previously Power Diary) for a few years now for our Physio practice. It is so easy to use and navigate. Invoices, automations for email sending, forms, appointment reminders, even a Practice Manual with polices that you can amend to suit your clinic. If there are any issues, the support team are very quick at replying and fixing issues. We haven't used the new features of the built in AI yet so cant comment on that but it integrates with Stripe for payments without issue. Would highly recommend.

Great platform that is easy to navigate. Lots of tools to assist with templates and pre loaded infomation like linking online forms and creating simple merge feilds to personalise templates for each client.

The transition from Power Diary to Zanda was smooth and frequent communication leading up to the transition eased any concern about the process.
I find the 'basics' of the program so valuable: client bookings, client records, quick mechanisms to adjust appointment schedules and monitor patterns of attendance and cancellation etc.
Progress note templates I find a bit 'clunky' for my role as an SLP but appreciate that there is flexibility to create something more suitable.., it's just allocating time to do so!
In sum, a great program and I would find it very hard to run my small business and keep things organised without Zanda.

Easy to use system
Useful webinars
User friendly for patients
One frustrating thing is can input data / outcome measures into a table that can be downloaded and analysed
Important for clinical work and impact

I love Zanda, I've been using it for about a year and I'm so happy I chose this option over the others I was considering. It does everything I need it to easily (including telehealth, groups, keeping track of income and payments, invoices, emails, texts). It's very intuitive, and on the very few occasions where I haven't been able to work something out the support team have been amazing. Highly recommend!

Starting my new practice with Zanda has been such a smooth experience. It was incredibly easy to set up and start using right away. The platform is super affordable and has everything I need to run things efficiently. What really stands out is the support team — they’re always helpful, quick to respond, and great at finding solutions to any issues I’ve had. Highly recommend Zanda to anyone setting up a new practice!

More gaslighting and refusal to fix system bugs, just under a different name.
I find the software easy to use, there are lots of automations that make my work day run quicker and more efficient saving me time.

Zanda has this great integration of MMS messaging to the client's favorite app. and virtual sessions with Zoom. Compared to other providers like Jane, the calendar function within the Zanda admin system is much easier and quicker to make adjustments too! Zanda works well with cell phones as well:)

I have enjoyed being able to set up the client portal for clients to book in directly. This saves me having to look for slots. I can direct them to the link and they can take their time looking for a time that works for them. They can also reschedule sessions.

We have had a great experience. The platform is intuitive and well organized. It makes most practice management tasks easy, saving valuable time throughout the day.
We moved our business model from paperwork to digital with Zanda. We find Zanda is very helpful and straightforward to use with affordable price.
The team is easy to approach if you find the system is tricky for you and always keep users updated.
It has all what's needed for any clinical practice. Although there is always a chance for improvement which any dynamic system would have.

My experience is made great as Zanda is a simple application to use. You can tailor this for your own business needs. The webinars are very beneficial for learning more about the features. The pricing point is very reasonable for small business to be able to track calendar appointments, refer to reports & track invoices. It talks to other programs allowing the accounting to be made more streamlined. I'm loving Zanda & also the new zoom feature is great too!

The system is easy to use and it links to my Xero account which makes accounting easier.

Zanda has helped us become a more efficient, responsive, and client-centred organisation. We have seen a remarkable improvement in efficiency, communication, and overall service quality and Zanda has empowered both clients and staff to work together in a more informed and seamless way.
We would not hesitate to recommend Zanda to any organisation looking to improve their service delivery and internal systems. It has been an absolute game-changer for us.

Zanda is great for Counsellors it has an easy to use platform. It’s so easy to navigate and set things up to integrate with my website. Billing and tracking payment is also super easy. My only thing is it would be nice to connect client profiles as I am a couple and family Counsellor but no big deal I can work around this. Help options are super easy to use and so is support

If have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.
