Dear Zanda Team,
I have used a variety of software packages, and I must say that I have found Zanda to be the easiest to use. The instructions are extremely clear and concise, making the learning process smooth and straightforward.
I also want to commend your online tutorials, which I thoroughly studied while learning Zanda. They were incredibly helpful, and the help button has been a fantastic resource as well. Unlike some other software, which can be difficult to navigate, Zanda truly stands out.
In my opinion, Zanda is the best package available. Thank you for creating such an excellent product!
Kind regards,
Andrea

The customizable templates, forms, and emails have been great, and the site has made a lot of upgrades and updates just over the past year. Also, a huge thing is the helpful chat feature that helps you search the Help library - there is a library with a ton of step-by-step help videos for any issue you can think of!

I’ve really enjoyed using Zanda! The platform is user-friendly, and I appreciate the continuous updates they’ve made to stay up to date with user feedback. It’s great to see a service that listens and evolves to meet the needs of its users. Highly recommend!

Really disappointing in all customer service aspects. I chose this system because of the 24/7 support - which there was never anyone available. I also chose it because there was 'unlimited support'. I had two sessions to enquire about the system and then once I was signed up and ready to go I booked in 2 appointments per week for IT support in transferring my business across and they said this was way to much and offer me 2 half hour appointments over 2 weeks, 2 weeks after I signed up to the system. So couldnt use it for the first two weeks. Each email sent was 24 hrs before there was a reply. Easy to use if you dont need any tech support otherwise extremely disappointing. No apology and only emails from management arguing their point.

Zanda allows me to send bulk emails to my clients. I appreciate the ease of getting to their communication logs and all their appointments.

I don't consider myself to be very "techie" but Zanda is easy to use, the customer service is excellent and they reply normally within 24 hours, with great onboarding who have been very patient with me using Zoom to help me understand how to integrate Zanda into my business, and whilst I do not use all of the capabilities in Zanda, what I do use has made such a difference.
I use the booking in via my website (client portal and calendar) which works really well, also find Zanda easy to set up bookings and payments for online workshops, and also it's great and easy to use for the following:
*creating templates which saves me so much time now
*SMS/email appointment reminders for client appointments
*I used to copy and paste client's zoom login email, but now I just click and send! Again saving time.
*I have a secure HIPA/GDPR compliant software where I can safely save client accounts and records, and it's possible to create a paperless office!
*I've also cancelled my Zoom subscription as that is now included in Zanda, and was something that I requested as an improvement. So they listen to client's feedback and requests - thank you Zanda!
As you can see I don't use all of the features of Zanda, but what I do use has made a massive difference - to saving time, professionalism, and protection of sensitive data as a clinician.
Zanda is also very reliable to use, and easy to use, and if I can figure it out and use it - I'm pretty sure anyone can! But if you do get stuck at any point, stay calm and carry on - because the staff are always on hand to help you get it sorted as soon as possible.
I could probably go back and live without Zanda, to be honest, but life WITH Zanda is much better! ;-)

We are no longer having problems with lost file easy to use your app.Honestly I'm so happy about this app

Reply from Zanda (formerly Power Diary)
They have no customer service, until you want to cancel your account. At that point they invite you to talk to a live agent. If you are a therapist Simple Practice is a much better product for the user.
If you are always available for a live call then make the phone number easily accessible.

I implemented Zanda in my practice 12 months ago. I am a single clinician practice so I initially wasn't sure about the additional expense each month. However the software has saved me so much time that it more than pays for itself each month!

As an allied health assistant, this platform has been so easy to use, manage notes and client information. Would love for Zanda to have its own app one day soon. :) Highly recommend!

I can’t really fault my experience with Zanda - the odd time something has gone wrong Zanda addresses the issue straight away.

The zoom platform has been a great addition and they upgraded the note section this year which is nicer. Still would like to see more in this area, such as highlighting ect...
I have been using Zanda portal for almost if not a year now and I can officially say that it has helped keep me on top of my private practice in a way I could not imagine. I struggled before in keeping tabs on the admin, appointments, client communication, invoices and more, making me overwhelmed. The situation now is completely different. I clawed back so much time because of zanda, its unbelievable.

Zanda is amazing and has everything I need for my therapy business. It is easy to use and set up and as I am someone that lacks technical skills this is imperative to me. I love the colour coding for easy representation of client appointments and just how everything flows.
I am so glad I found it as it makes my life so much easier.
