It is a very useful platform for my online therapy business. It has helped professionalise how I work with clients from billing, communication and payments.

Zanda has been actively ignoring our attempts for customer support regarding xero integration for over a week. You cannot directly contact Zanda, making you reliant on the customer support team responding to emails. Zanda offer a phone back service with the service being booked out for months in advance - making it effectively useless. Further to this, when phone calls are organized the customer support team fail to turn up. Our email requests are left unanswered and no immediate support is available. This is our final attempt to have our issue resolved before returning to our previous practice management software. Finally there is no avenue to put in a complaint or escalate concerns. I was unable to put in a complaint and my requests to do so we're ignored.
I was also asked to take down this review after being contacted by the customer support team at Zanda after I was finally seen about my Xero issue. My original issue with Zanda was resolved - but it also took two weeks for a resolution to occur and to speak to someone to fix it and this isn't fair on the staff employed by the company. This obviously isn't viable with a business if you need to fix a problem and we will be moving to another platform. We will be returning back to our previous practice management software. There are better and free software programs available in Australia.
I was also told by Zanda that my review was impacting their sales. This is an honest review that is reflective of my experience and I will not be removing it.

I LOVE Zanda! It has allowed me to run my clinic with little administrative support. The two-way SMS feature is a game-changer & allows efficient communication with clients. The diary is so easy to work with & the customisable note & letter templates help create a smooth workflow. The drag & drop feature for adding files is also great. The customer support is incredible - every query is responded to quickly, with continuity of care (emails come from a real person & you can reply to them by return email). All this for a fraction of the cost of other EHRs. Did I mention the excellent data security too? Your data is yours & can be downloaded or deleted with ease. My patients love the portal too. It gives them choice & saves me lots of time. Highly recommend.

Highest Praise!
Zanda has made running my private practice so effortlessness allowing me to focus more on my work and less on things that I never would have known to think about until they prompted me.

Zanda has played an essential role in evolving our service. We found it an easy system for the whole team to learn to use. I can quickly find information on our clients, our sessions, what a member of staff is doing etc. I use it to monitor our service delivery and allocate funding to different projects. We are a small charity and Zanda has streamlined our processes and saves us huge amounts of admin time. It gives us everything we need to organise our services and client data, and is easy to use for those less confident with tech systems.

Easy to use platform, really good integrations, seamless billing and Medicare claiming. Runs all the reports we need for the practice, which helps us grow and be profitable. The team is responsive and helpful - everything you could possible need to ask is found easily in the online guides!

Overall Power Diary / Zanda has been a great platform for my small acupuncture practice, allowing me to manage the schedule for myself and other practitioners, send text reminders to clients, and log extensive EHR notes for the past 2 years. I don't use all the features this software has to offer, but I use what I need and it is a good value for the price. Any questions I've had have always been answered promptly, graciously, and with a real desire to understand and solve any issues.

Moving from a different client management system to PowerDiary was a game changer. The ease of the interface and usability, the preset templates and range of options with reminders and scheduling is the best I've experienced. And it hasn't changed sine becoming Zanda, it's now even better to look at!

I have been using this system since I began working as a self-employed Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. I find it meets all my needs, is easy and intuitive to use and I can tailor everything to make my admin work as streamlined and speedy as possible. Thank you for this brilliant system!

Excellent online support!
So far the team has been able to assist me with all sorts of challenges. If they haven't been online, I know that I will wake up to a reply via email.

I am a therapist in the process of switching from WriteUpp to Power diary. I am not finding it a seamless process, in fact it is stressful. I cannot get the data in the format that Power diary needs from WriteUpp. When I asked for help I am sent very technical articles by PD. I do think Power diary is a much better platform, but if you are a solo practitioner without any admin support, it is worth considering carefully whether you are happy to switch without potentially having your patient information switched. Or you may wish to pay for a professional service to do the switch for you, because after 10 days I still haven’t got my client info moved across. So, it is a better platform, but in my experience difficult to switch data across.

I have used Power Diary for about 3 or 4 years and find it really good for my clinic. I have added 2 other therapists to it so I can see their diaries and the notes and forms are great as I can set them up to my specification. I also use the telehealth option for online consultations, making life so much easier. I recommend it./

I have really enjoyed three aspects of PowerDiary:
1. The seamless integration of practice management, clinical practice (note taking and assessment forms) and practice billing. An added bonus is the integration with my accounting software (Xero).
2. The incredible client support services when I have contacted them for assistance on particular issues.
3. The ongoing growing and evolving of features that the software offers.
We are very pleased with Power Diary. Setting it up to reflect the needs of our clinic was very easy, and it continues to work well and is easily adaptable to any temporary changes. Equally important, the customer service is excellent. It immediately responds to any questions.

I love the simplicity of power diary and receive feedback from clients about the ease of use. But it becomes very expensive every month due to SMS charges as there is no option to include a number of SMS per month like most other booking applications. This will be the reason I research another booking system as I can’t ever be sure if the fees every month which is very difficult for budgeting a new business.
