My review for Notino/Zantano:

I highly recommend avoiding this company. My experience was extremely frustrating. The delivery was far slower than promised, and I ended up waiting much longer than expected. When the shoes finally arrived, the quality was shockingly poor. They were nothing like what I had hoped for—badly made and uncomfortable.

Don’t be fooled by their promises. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction or product quality. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a better shopping experience.

The worst scam website of all.
They order their products directly from Ali express, SHEIN or temu and resell. No refunds, no cancellation of the order possible, customer service replies once a week and shipping takes one month. I will sue them and report to customer protection organizations

I bought two jackets for 135 e. I did not receive the package and did not get the money back.

Never ever ! Thieves !The pictures on the website are fake. I ordered 4 jackets.I received them after almost 4 weeks and sent back (after asking for return form from Zantano customer service which is the biggest nightmare!-almost impossible to get any answer.I received the return form after 2 weeks!!)On 30 january Zanatano received the jackets back and now (after I sent screenshots from post.nl) they do not answer again second week.I don't know if I will get my 180e back but I want to warn others to don't make same mistake and DO NOT buy anything from those thieves!

Scam!
All item are “discounted” (still more expensive that Ali Express) and according to their return policy- you cannot return discounted items. So basically you cant return anything, while they state on other pages that you can return if its not good.
You won’t get an invoice, just a vague email.

Been trying to contact them to return a dress. It looked beautiful and elegant in the picture, but, ou boy, the disappointment after opening the package - dress looked like skinned squirrels Halloween costume. Neither colour, Neither material looks the same. Do not advise this home page. It seems like one of those who order clothes from Temu or Wish and re-sell for four times the money - disappointment and not worth the money.

Zantano is SCAM. Don’t buy anything there! I made an oder in July. It is end of October now. Nothing has even been dispatched. They refuse to refund the order as well.

wrong colour, wrong size, avoid them as much as possible

I have ordered a shoe from here and they send me tracking in 24 hrs and for news 55days there was no update on tracking and when ever i contact customer service it was always generic answers . After nearly 55 days and constant contact they refunded a part of amount. If felt like a burden was removed even though it was my money and only received a partial amount. Dont shop with them worst experience.

Stay away from this reseller! Poor quality shirts, wrong size, useless customer service, impossible to return what I bought even though they send me the wrong size. Zantano is a scam!

Quality of the product was very low, different colour than what I ordered, the measures indicated were wrong and it is not possible to return. I won't use it ever again.
