Massive con- says Zapaka Uk but dress took 6-10 business days to arrive and was shipped from the United States and when did arrive no returns information. On asking how to return I have been advised I need to return to China and must pay the shipping costs!

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a dress on the 26th April and paid for expedited delivery (3-8 days) after many emails the dress has arrived today 15th May. I no longer require the item . Their communication was polite but avoided dealing with the issue and stopped entirely once I sent them
The consumer Act .Hopeless company, will never use again

SCAMMM

I bought my dress from them on the 17/04/24 and 3 weeks later I have had no shipping confirmation and have sen multiple emails and they just tell me that they are speeding up my delivery which they are obviously not. I bought £250 worth of dresses and it has been a total scam. Don't buy from them - I am based in the UK

I custom ordered my dress and it came within three weeks, it’s a lovely dress fits perfectly and the dress matches the picture exactly, very pleased with it.

I ordered a fake fur coat

I ordered a fake fur coat, it took a while, when I tried it on it was short in the arm and short in length, it did not fit, and so i started the saga of returning, I sent an email asking how , I got a response to leave it with them and they will sort out, this went on for weeks, until I got an email saying I was out of time to return, these people are crooks, please be wise and never order from them .they have not responded to any of my correspondence since , im shocked they should not be allowed to do any selling in this country .

Easy Return promise is a lie !!

This company claims that easy returns on their website. Relying on this we did order a dress for my daughter and we received very low quality material dress.
When we wanted to return it they emailed me a CHINA address for a return address!!! This costed me £25 to return the item tracked and recorded. I haven’t heard from them since. I have very big doubts about receiving the refund. But that is a company which everyone MUST AVOID!

Very disappointed

I brought a jacket that cost me £75 that l won’t be able to wear because Zapaka sizes run smaller, l showed Proof that all of my clothes that I have purchased in the pass are extra large I sent them pictures of clothes that I’ve bought that are all extra large they had the audacity to tell me to pay to return the jacket 😡 l had to pay for shipping it to me and now l have to pay to return it I will never ever do business with this company again bunch of thieves

Got my dream dress!

I found my dream dress on Zapaka a good few month back and recently looked at reviews on here and I was so scared that I would not get my dream dress. After sitting for days thinking it over I took the risk of ordering and I'm really glad I did. I paid the extra to get it custom size and added a inch bigger than what I needed on every measurement and added 3 inches to lenght to accommodate my shoes and it fits perfect its only a bit large round my chest area which I can easily get altered. It came in a decent time. It was just packaged in a normal package bag but with the material of the dress it didn't crease and there was no funky smell to it like I had seen on reviews. If ordering I would definitely recommend paying the extra for custom size and adding a inch or two. I'm really happy I took the risk.

No refund, no contact, no dress

I returned a dress which was too small, the company said they will give me a refund on the email they sent me. I posted a dress recorded delivery so i have proof they have it. I have not received a refund and the customer service will not reply to my emails at all. Will never use this company again which is a shame as i never had a problem in the past.

Do not use this company

My wife ordered shoes that came at least a size bigger than she ordered/usually wears. They took ages to come (a month) and despite repeated Emails to the Service team for instructions on how to return them (which is what the website instructs you to do) we have had no response of any kind.

So to sum up: Products are not as described, Delivery takes ages and they appear to have no customer service what so ever.

Stay well away.

Disappointing

Disappointing! I ordered a dress around a month or so ago, it arrived but unfortunately the size was wrong, it was too small. I tried to contact zapaka service, only first email was ever responded to. I sent multiple emails, asking for follow ups, asking for help and nothing! I really liked the dress but there was no communication with the service whatsoever. Be careful! If something will be wrong with your dress you just lost £100+! Im really disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!

Took a long time to arrive, but worth it

I was really, really worried I got scammed after ordering and reading the reviews on here. It took a long time for customer service to reply, but they were really nice. It took a total of 8 weeks (2months) for the dress to arrive after ordering, but honestly, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's a gorgeous dress and the quality was so much better than I thought it would be. I'd recommend but my only advice would be to order months in advance before your event.

Ordered two dresses, which weren’t awful to be fair, but not the quality you’d expect for the price.

Multiple attempts to email to start the returns process, as per their returns policy. All unanswered.

I feel the .co.uk website offers false reassurance.
They don’t adhere to their own returns policy
