AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID, you can see from my review history, I am a normal genuine customer and user around the UK and mostly post positive reviews of my experiences in stores.
I sent a Canada Goose Vest back to Zap Clothing for a return, and was bombarded with abuse and claims of fraud that I have sent back a jacket that does not belong to them because it has a security tag on it.
I got significant amount of abuse on the phone and accused that I was trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the company. When indeed I sent back the same jacket I received, in the same colour and size, but it had all of a sudden got a security tag.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL, anyone considering ordering from here AVOID, its not worth the headache and fraud they are doing.
Again, a generic and accusing reply below from the retailer. Its not on me to prove a factory or warehouse error on an item ive received. Saying you've been doing this for 40 years is not proof, please show some proof that this could have not been a Store mistake. Immediately accusing the customer and telling them youre going to the police, absolutely ridiculous. Avoid completely.

The Gilet you sent back was not the product we sent you.
The gilet came back with security tags from another store.
We have been in business for 40 years, and we have never used SECURITY TAGS on any of our garments.
Every garment sent out to clients and returned is quality-controlled checked, and we noticed straight away the security tags in the garment you have sent us back.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept products back which were not bought from us originally.
We are now sending you the Gilet back to you, and you can return it to the correct store who use security tags on their garments.

Ordered an item it got shipped then sent back for no reason. info@zapclothing is a scam email address because the never reply. Calling the store is pointless as they dont deal with online orders. Furthermore I'm currently chasing for duties paid for as well. Zap Clothing are liars. My tracking does not show any attempts made to my home address. Common sense isnt for everyone. DHL ServicePoint is not a PO BOX address hence the words ServicePoint. Zap's customer service is appaling. The sheer fact they are only responding now because i have put a review on Trustpilot says it. Watch Out.

You're order was shipped to the Netherlands this would mean you have pay taxes and duties.
The delivery company tried to delivery your parcel however you was not in 3 times (FAILED DELIVERY)
You then tried to change your address to PO BOX COLLECTION.
We do not allow any of our products to be left at PO BOX. These are high vaule items.
DHL then returned your order as you missed all the delivery attempts.

First time I ordered they said the price including taxes and duties. I was very happy so I said I will comeback and order again, once I did, recieved a message from customs asking me to pay additional 25%. I understand it’s government free, but should be mentioned especially after I ordered first time and it was included, there shouldn’t be a change!
Very displeased, I wouldn’t get it if I knew that’s the case.

However our website states online that USA and AUSTRALIA are the only countries with taxes and duties included and are shipped DDP without any futher fees on delivery.

Great service and prompt delivery and return, however only issue is that when returning an item it can cost upwards of £15.00 inc insurance so it’s good to factor that in when placing an order.
