Absolutely disgusting, buy sandals from zap clothing, they not fit for me, send them back with next day delivery, 26 Jul when get sandals send me email I get refund up to 14 days, never did after 30 days so I had to go to PayPal to open a case and got refunded after 46 days , worst service I’ve ever seen!!! Thank you for your review.
However, we have had to suspend all orders from you as you have now placed 14 orders and have only kept 2 items, which are heavily reduced items in the sale, from all 14 orders.
As a business that has been active for over 31 years, we cannot continue to ship orders with free postage only to have them sent back for a refund every time.
This is not conducive, and this is a very rare situation on our online platform that we have to do this. However, you have really exceeded the limit on returned orders compared to the number of orders you have kept.

Your claims are shocking we have been in business for over 32 years and be an authorised partner of Moncler for more than 16 years.
We checked your order and you never received your goods due to you refusing delivery for duties and tax payment.
You have never received any orders from us but because we would never pay the duties for you. You have now taken to Trustpilot and slandered our business for goods you refused and haven’t even seen a product from us. This is degusting behaviour and no need for it.
Putting untruths and slander on business pages is not a nice thing to do just because you didn’t want pay taxes and duties.
