Efficient and fast service delivery. Once you have booked your consultation the Dr contacts and the back office arranges delivery of your order timeously. I received my order the following day, instead of their standard 2-3 days; which was highly appreciated.

Contro has proven to be the most efficient and reliable go-to sexual health care provider for me. I signed up, got a consultation on the same day and had my medication delivered to me the next day. I am STUNNED by the efficiency. One would expect services this reliable to cost an arm and a leg, but they have also proven to be cost-effective! I would recommend Contro to anyone!

Thank you for contacting us and bringing this issue to our attention. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in your medication delivery.
Upon reviewing your order, we have identified a few events that led to the delay in the delivery of your medication.
Firstly, you made an order on the 16th and reached out asking when your medication would be delivered. We explained that you required a consultation first so that our Partner Doctor could provide you with a correct diagnosis and medication. You had your consultation on the next business day (April 17).
Secondly, our Partner Pharmacy were unable to process your medical aid claim as you had uploaded incorrect details. They tried to contact you, but received no response. We then contacted you to confirm these details, and due to the constant miscommunication we requested a photo of your medical aid card to correct your details on your behalf.
Thirdly, once these details were confirmed and our Partner Pharmacy attempted to make the claim again, we were notified that your medical aid scheme would not pay for your prescribed medication, so we had to reach out to you again to confirm a private payment.
Your medication was sent to the regional branch on April 21, with delivery scheduled for the next business day. Unfortunately, the couriers were unable to locate you as a full address was not provided, and so your order was returned to the regional branch. We then had to reach out to you again to confirm the missing details so that your order could be sent out again.
The couriers attempted delivery again the next morning and your parcel was received at 8am.
We understand that the delay in receiving your medication might have caused you inconvenience, and we are truly sorry about that. We would like to assure you that we always strive to deliver medication promptly and efficiently to all our customers.

They gave me exactly what I expected
They gave me exactly what I expected, a quick, easy way to treat a chronic problem without hassle. Their questionnaire really helps the doctor in terms of patient history and symptom analysis. Would defenitely recommend for uncomplicated issues!

Quick and efficient service
The doctor kept to the appointment time, he listened to my concerns and gave his opinion clearly. I was able to receive the script immediately via email making it easy for me to get the medications early. My symptoms cleared quickly after I started taking treatment.
