I gave one star because I’m unable to give 0. I consider it a criminal enterprise. They wait for you to complete a survey then say “one of your answers indicate you are not the person the survey was intended for” then give you 0.01p . Why wait until the survey is 100% complete to say that ? Do not use this for any reason, they are crocks. After many tricks I have deleted the app because I cannot keep completing surveys just to get a penny.

It used to be good, don't waste your time on this. It's like any other typical surveys app and in extreme cases they block your account just so you don't cash out. No terms were violated, they just outright blocked It.

Waste of time. they will hold onto your cash out reward until you give them all your critical info: Date of birth, city of birth and copy of ID. don't fall for this at any cost!! A survey app has no need for such info unless they're fraudulent and intend to use your info for other sign ups.

Also try to report the app on the App Store/playstore this way they will get removed :)

I have taken four surveys wasted 2 hours of my time for what was supposed to be pennies, really. Get thru the survey for about 45 min to an hour then app "crashes" and I get no money. COMPLETE SCAMMMM. Tried to contact support and the link wont even allow you to click it to contact support. Total scam.,

🇬🇧these scammers blocked my account right after i reached 10$ and asked for my money. zap just want to take your data. why tf does this app still exist ? don’t waste your time. also 5star comments on app store are fake

This is a scam I still have not been paid for the $10 that took me a month to get the service always kick you out you could be doing a survey and get to the end and it'll tell you that you finish but then it'll say you didn't qualify and give you two or three points after you finish the survey they ask for personal information for you to cash out to PayPal and now I have gotten three alerts from PayPal that somebody's trying to take out of my account survey junkie prime options and earnhaus is your best bet legit and get your money the same day also life points I'm going to leave reviews for zap everywhere that I can I'm going to report them I'm going to get them shut down

Haven’t received 2/3 of my cashouts from November 20th and 22nd…it’s now December 5th. Sent around 8 support requests and haven’t heard ANYTHING! I will gladly change my review and keep using/recommending the app if I receive my 26$ I’m owed.

I requested payment twice and I received none which was very painful because i sent a mail to them and got an auto response and till now still have not gotten paid. stay away from the app and let it be ban so people will stop wasting efforts over it.

This app is the biggest scamming company I have ever used they did pay my first cash out wasn't the amount it should have been made enough to cash out again more than 2 weeks ago and they haven't paid me I've emailed them probably 100 times with no response apart from the email I sent them they send it back saying they will be in touch soon but they never get back stay away from this site biggest times wasters ever nothing but conmen

Stay away from this app! It's a scam!!
They do not send you the money, their customer support doesn't answer, the surveys take way longer than stated .. overall a scam! Spare yourself from wasting your time like I did.

I’ve never had a problem with zap surveys until recently it has been a week and two days I haven’t received my payment I’ve contacted them numerous of times and I get the same reply I have no idea what is going on if someone can help please do

This is a fraudulent fake survey site not real I accumulated 10.44 with no payment 1 week I made a withdraw with nothing in return fake or fraudulent site stay well away frauds please note I got paid 10.44 just 1 week after on the Monday thanks zap surveys this is a genuine site i would highly recommend these as it's just delayed or something but yeah I received my payment 1 week after my initial withdraw many thanks zap I would recommend this site all good I take back what I said above if zap surveys wants but only if they ask again as this is my genuine experience and yes I received my money thanks zap I would recommend to anyone friend as I said my initial experience was not good but they did pay my money after challenging them with a true review at the time but they did come back and sent my money as priority to my PayPal so they are legit and I got them wrong but I was entitled to right my review as that what my experience was initially but they paid thanks

I am extremely frustrated with Zap Surveys. I was receiving all cash outs until 11/15/23, then they stopped. I am still waiting on two cash outs that are a little over $25. No response from Zap customer service.

Shout out to Zap Surveys Support team. Generally, you get an auto response, but when you follow up with a reply to their support team they get right back to you. I've earned around $55 in a month with limited time to do the surveys and been paid via Paypal🤑

They are cheating people they mentioned in their app to provide reward in 2 to 3 days but it's completely wrong information don't trust them it's very hard to reach $10 to redeem but even if you achieve $10 mark they will not pay you.
