Im still not able to cash out on my pay pal . Customer support doesn’t seem to care. Surveys are rarely available, or they take 15 minutes and don’t redirect.

They never pay out. In the app it says connect your paypal account. I have a paypal account and it works on other sites. But not here get a message connect a verified paypal account. Have had mail contact with them 3 times. They asked for screen shots of the message .I mailed it to them. The answer I get is your account is updated? Still not working. I live in Europe in Sweden but that should not be a problem since my paypal works ok on other sites in the world

I got my money in 2 business days so it is legit. Only thing that is stupid is that you have to complete a whole lot of surveys before you can let them payout €10 euro. I think i did 35 or 40 surveys before i finally got my 10 euros. But it eventually has payed out !

Awful - gone wrong badly. Used to be a great site which I was able to use and cash out without any issues. Recently I tried to cashout and my account got locked. Emailed three times, got an acknowledgment that they had received the query each time but they don't reply and they have now kept mu money. Don't waste your time!

Was OK now gone downhill. I keep getting stuck in a loop whilst doing a survey (one that's promised to be a few minutes long) where it asks the same questions and never seems to end! I end up having to quit and not getting paid and wasting time. Most of the payments are not fair for the time required on the longer surveys anyway so it's hard to recommend Zap Surveys to anyone.

I normally don’t have an issue with Zap Survey but today (09-06-2024) I’m not able to cash out. Zap is not acknowledging my PayPal account. I never had this problem before. So I’m giving it 3 stars

This app USED TO BE awesome. Now, it’s terrible. When you get to the $200 mark, be careful. They offer you an option to choose between a $10 reward or 3x points on surveys. I was really hoping for the $10 reward, but ended up with 3x more points. Not only that, they barely have surveys anymore and block my account almost daily. When I email them about it, they never respond. They do not bother to explain why they keep doing this or why this keeps happening. I cannot freely use the app as I choose because I constantly have to request for them to unblock it. It’s like I have to ask for permission to use this app.

This site isn't nothing but a huge scam now they had gone downhill since scammers took over I had gotten to 10$ after all that hard work of being rejected and gotten only 2 cents or 1 cent i finally got to 10$ and was going to cash out only to be told there's suspicious activity in my account what suspicious activity I had not violated any rules scammers I looked again and they took my 10$ and left me only 2$ why not just leave me with nothing you scam artists I had to delete my account if it's not deleted i want it deleted permanently because this site is a waste of time there's better survey sites out there to try those not run my scammers.

I have been using this app for about a year. I have cashed out for PayPal several times until recently when I tried and got a message saying I had to log into a PayPal account with the right currency. This has happened twice now. The first time I contacted customer service about it. They got me to install and reinstall the app, verify my PayPal etc and it still would not allow me to cash out. So they forced a payout in their end, saying it's a bug that needs to be fixed. Here I am a month and a half later going through the same situation. I'm unable to cash out again for the same PayPal issue, clearly they never fixed the bug. I contacted again asking if they could force the cash out and got a response saying yes but that it's a one time courtesy and after that I would just have to wait until the bug has been fixed. I'm not very impressed with the rather rude reply. This issue should have been fixed shortly after the first time I had the issue.

They are not reliable when it comes to getting compensated for completing surveys. They take advantage of people that give honest input on products they research and rip off valuable people with honest insight. If you feel like spending 30 minutes making them millions of dollars on your ideas for free go ahead. I however will avoid any survey they send me from here on out. Todays date marks the tenth occasion of this experience. I hit my breaking point and felt it important for the world to be forewarned.

Great surveys which can give you 1$ almost every time which makes it very easy to cash out. Currently waiting for my 4th payment and will definitely keep using them 🙂 1 star reviews are definitely fake 😡

After campliting four survay i done many survay but it is opt out at 99% compliting of survey quit out autometicali.
It is totaly west of time

I have earned 18$ 59 cents well I am not getting any survey. Please look into matter whether they are paying or not right now

This app allowed me to withdraw 3 times now its not alowing me to withdraw and it keeps saying that my paypal is not a verified country , dont know why now ,when i previously withdrawed to my paypal from zap there were no issues i have contacted their customer care got a email where they asked me what my verified country is i replied and did not recieve any feedback .i used a family members paypal details from a diffrent country and it still does not alow the withdraw ,i realy thought that this app was it with the first 3 withdraws.i am so sad about this....

Is there anyway that we victims can sue this zap company.

It's a great way to earn money from answering surveys.

As soon as I started doing surveys, somehow they knew th8ngs about me. Not cool!

Really bad expirerence after completing a enquete about advertisement my Spotify is filled with the exact same advertisements. I am really irritated when listening to podcasts, because suddenly these fragments are implemented in my (payed) Spotify. Sometimes even two at one time: 30 seconds each….
