Good morning.
I've just located this order on our system to investigate. This order was placed on the 27th, we despatched it on the 28th and DPD attempted delivery on the 29th. Sadly, due to an incomplete address with no house number on the order, DPD were unable to locate your property to deliver the goods.
It states on the DPD system that they tried to contact you to resolve this but were unable to so this was scheduled to be returned to us, which it was successfully. As a result, a full refund was processed and should be back on your original payment method shortly.
If you wish to place another order, please ensure that the address is full and complete. Both ourselves and DPD use an automated system, so it is important for the delivery address to be correct when placing the order.
