Just received my order from Zarela. I ordered Multi coloured Rico Baby Yarn and was sent baby blue yarn. Not even close to what wanted. Won’t use this website again.

Brilliant dependable company
I have used Zarela several times now for crochet hooks, etc and been very pleased. I first noticed them as an Amazon and Ebay seller so decided to check out their website. The prices are slightly lower on the website so decided to order direct from them rather than through a different outlet. In all of my transactions the items arrived very quickly, were well packed, and I was kept updated about the delivery. I will continue to order from them as I am very pleased with both the quality and shipping of the items I have received.
