Quick, Professional and Reassuring Service
ZAVA offers a quick, affordable, and secure service. A proper medical basis was required before my prescription was approved, which I found very reassuring. I received access to my medication within 36 hours, though I believe a faster service is available if needed.
What I’ve particularly appreciated is the consistency and professionalism of the follow-up care. I’ve always been contacted by the same doctor—not a chatbot—and the messages are clearly thoughtful, covering general usage and tracking progress over time. It’s a service I trust and will continue to use.
